I usually go to this Barnes and Noble because they don't have one in Pocatello. They have a great selection of books and have a nice café near the entrance. They have great customer service both in the café and the books.

I love the smell as soon as I walk in.

Love all the selections of books and games they have here. Some of the stuff in the store is so interesting. They have a whole area with harry potter stuff and its way cool! Tons of board games, and science projects kits. They even have toys.

As far as chain book stores go, this one is one of my favorites! They really make an effort to improve the ambiance and intimate feel of a bookstore by including staff recommendations and fun programs like mystery-wrapped books and fun signings! I’m looking forward to their signed editions cart on Black Friday!

Love looking through discount area since on a fixed income wish could get discount like Nichols Sparks books

Good organization after they updated their store layout a bit. Love the new gaming/puzzle corner. Nice to browse around in, good selection, and friendly staff!

Need to have more employees on the floor talking to there customers asking them if they need help. Specifically the older people that are there. I've been overlooked several times because of my age and the questions I have. But I really enjoy going there. Great selection.
