A store most Noble, a store most bright. With books from wall to wall, it truly is a sight. Be sure to close the door (were you raised in a Barn?) To keep the splendiferous warmth inside.

Great books, great staff, usually a sale on something. Love this store and always have a good experience.

A visit to B snd Noble in Idaho Falls was unpleasant. I wanted to buy an atlas; the woman at checkout assured me they had one. Nope. Meanwhile a heavily lidded woman walked around, and glared at me numerous times. Two other employees were very busy and I left the unwelcome atmosphere.
Went to Winnie and Mo’s bookstore downtown. The selection was smaller but the one employee was welcoming and asked if she could help me find anything. I found 2 splendid books for Christmas presents.
B and N needs to have customer training. I’ll shop elsewhere.

I was looking for a specific type of children's book and the staff was able to help me find what I was looking for! They were so helpful!

A great place to find just about any kind of book or book related item, a but disappointed. i had ordered 2 books, from them at the beginning of January waited 2 weeks for them to come in. And when i went to pick them up. They couldnt find them. Even though i had called a couple hours before to make sure they had arrived before going in. It took the employee 45 minutes to finally track down the 2 books that i ordered because thwy were not up front with the rest of the orders that had arrived. Usually i have no issues. But things seem to be a bit lacking recently

Always a favorite place in the mall. However, good luck getting any help from the staff. They all act like you are bothering them if you ask for help but I love their store in general.

I stopped in to buy a gift card. No line, cards were available right at cash register next to the front door. It was easy in and easy out. I wish all my Christmas shopping was this easy.

Very peaceful atmosphere with a lot of good books. If you are a bookworm (like me 😅), you are bound to find something new or interesting every time you come!

Overall it's a very nice store, the people who work there are awesome and everything is where it should be. I give them 3 stars because they're overpriced. Almost everything there is way overpriced.

Staff is always excellent and willing to help. Very knowledgeable and when they aren't sure they have no problem looking up information for customers.

Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Large selection and easy to find what you need. This place doesn't only have books but other collectables.
