I’ve been coming here for almost two years very consistently. At this point it’s just a convenient location near my home and never something I look forward too. Drinks are consistently made either way to sweet or just entirely incorrectly. I’ve worked in the service industry for 10 years and the most important element to maintain a loyal customer base is the service. The girls don’t remember me, have never asked me for my name, but somehow remember my boyfriend and our order when he’s there and magically they understand how customer service works because they think they can flirt with him for a tip?? Today I ordered an Iced tea with freeze dried strawberries, which they consistently are out of, and my boyfriends regular coffee. They didn’t tell me they didn’t have them and just made my tea and it looks like they didn’t even steep it before it was iced. I basically got flavored ice water. Beyond disappointed 🙃
Never going to this place again. Why do I pay for coffee I dont like and that you cannot get right. Idk why workers get so put out when I ask for heavy cream instead of half n half. If u dont truly want to serve customers then why are you even working there? Its literally your job to make it how i ask. Smh
coffee and drinks were great! but… i was in the car with my boyfriend, and we were holding hands, and clearly a happy couple. the baristas wouldn’t stop flirting with him, complimenting him, and left a heart on his cup. my advice, if you want to keep your customers, don’t be flat out disrespectful, and overstep your boundaries.
I don’t get coffee often but when I do I usually come through this stand for a yummy zip. This morning I asked for an oat milk latte, I am lactose intolerant, I believe the girls did not use oat milk because the coffee is the only thing that changed in my diet and I’m currently going to the bathroom every 10 minutes at work. As a former barista I understand mistakes happen when things get busy. But when someone asks for a substitute milk it’s important to be aware of what you’re doing. The customer service needs to be worked on and from getting sick I most likely will not return
Bought 3 drinks, one was made wrong and girl at window obviously didn't have customer service skills. Was rude and seemed rushed. Made us pull forward even though there was only one car behind us like we were being rushed.
Great service and yummy coconut milk lattes...great prices too. Just wish they had a walk up only window. No fun standing waiting behind car exhaust. I realize it's a drive through but it's also in a really walkable neighborhood. 💓💓
I go to lean bean almost daily. The staff is so incredibly kind, the food is better than most of the restaurants around CDA, and the price can’t be beat. There is almost always a line because they’re that good, but the line moves very quickly. I recommend them to everyone looking for a quick snack and great drink. Plus the staff makes you feel welcome every single time, which is really hard to find anymore. The staff is 100% the reason I go back, I love them all 🥰
Always professional and friendly:) Bagels are always dry and stale:( but muffins and croissants are yummy! Not a fan of the specials being the same flavor all week ...liked it much better when they were random ...found many new favorites that way:)

No atmosphere it's drive thru... They are quick coffee is delicious, prices very reasonable
