We saw Mary West's 1 star review that commented she would have given more stars if not for the mandatory mask rule.
Thank you Mary for the review. It was that review which prompted us to try Evans Brothers Coffee this A.M. we were impressed by all staff not only wearing masks, but wearing them correctly with their nostrils and mouth covered. I mean whats the point of a mask if you keep 66% of your breathing orifices uncovered?
Our Barista measured out all the ingredients on a scale...talk about detail oriented. The drinks were great. I was surprised by how the Autumn Haze name truly captured the flavor of that latte. Another reviewer commented on how the pie she tried was just sugar and butter. We personally thought the huckleberry pie was great. The right amount of filling and a nice tang to balance the sweetness. The crust part of the pie was buttery...but I'm pretty sire thats what makes a pie a pie...a nice flaky buttery crust.
Overall I give Evans Brothers Coffee a perfect 5/7.

Great coffee and welcoming staff. No blended coffee here but I really liked their iced coffee. š„³

Great coffee, and pies! Just try all the pies. All of them. You have too!

The ultimate combo awaits you here when you visit: pie and coffee.
I like pie and my wife likes coffee.
Evans Brothers make my marriage better
10/10 reccomend.
They have refreshing lemonade for non coffee drinkers like myself.
Also, interior atmosphere is friendly and bright but also people mind their business so you can focus on your hot date.š

Experience was terrible. People were friendly but my order took forever to make and it was rushed out too. My mocha looked like a mess and didnāt taste good at all. Places seems more like a place to be seen than having good coffee. There are plenty of other better places that are quicker and better tasting.

We had the lavender latte and a seasonal special called the bocce fall mocha. Both were incredibly good and had 4 shots in a 16oz. Plenty of caffeine.
For food we had an apple pie. It was so good we ordered another to go!

Visiting Coeur d'Alene from Bend, Oregon this week, I purchased a latte and cinnamon roll hand pie today. Loved the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the products. The selection of coffee types was amazing and everything about my experience was well above average.

Absolutely love this coffee shop. Had the best mocha of my life (yes I know thatās saying something)! Highly recommend the spiced mocha. There was a very nice man working there who chatted to us while making our coffees and gave us lots of suggestions as we were tourists in town for the day.

Finely crafted coffee. Nice atmosphere. We went when they were having live jazz one morning. While that is cool the acoustics were such that the sound blasted you out and we having a conversation was impossible. It would have been rude to talk during the performance anyway but overall it was a bit loud. Great coffee and most of the time it is a great space.

I had two different drinks on two visits. The first was an ultra smooth Americano. The coffee had no bitterness and was the perfect blend of flavor.
The second drink was an iced spicy mocha, absolutely the best drink I have ever had. A little bit of a spicy kick in the chocolate. I had to force myself to slow down so I could savor it.
Members of our group had several different pastries and while I don't remember what each one was, the coffee cake was spectacular.
