Fantastic coffee place! I got a iced mocha and it was fantastic! I really like the coffee they use and they have a ton of flavors to add! The brownies are out of this world good! Also the employees are super friendly!

I can't recommend this place enough! This is good coffee served with a smile and a sense of humor. I have never felt unwelcome here-they greet me with a smile and they appear to sincerely want to give me the best coffee experience....ever.
Previously, my family and I had frequented a coffee shop in Pocatello but when they cut their hours to 4 or 5 a day-and appeared to be "put out" whenever we showed up-we started looking for something else.
Thank heavens and the coffee gods for Impressed!! From their Crazy Stupid Good Brownie to their sipping chocolates from their many-flavored Italian sodas to their originally named coffee and tea drinks....this place is a true winner (and they're open when actual people need and want their caffeine fix)!!

Great customer service. The drinks are yummy too!! The have open 🎤 night on Fridays. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful

I am so glad I found ImPressed Coffee Company when I moved to Idaho. Everyone is so sweet and they take there time when making my drinks. The baristas are lovely and always show that they care. Every Friday, I have been going to Open Mic Night and have been LOVING it!! Such great music and positive vibes all around. The patio is also amazing to sit at with a group of friends or getting work done. There are so many drink options to choose from but there will always be a barista to help you narrow down what you will like. So thankful for this shop in Pocatello. It feels like home♥️

We recently got a blueberry muffin and a flavored soda. My wife was a bit bummed they didn't have coconut cream, but not all (though most) places carry it so it wasn't a huge surprise. The guy that took our order was friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. Bonus points for being open on a Sunday afternoon. We'll definitely be back to try some of their other offerings. Hopefully they add coconut cream to their options later down the road. All that said, I completely understand why they ask for a tip (their point of sale software asks for it and the customer doesn't get a printed receipt, so it's done verbally). However, it is a little tacky and uncomfortable. Either simply default to no tip, or create a checkout process that allows the customer to specify a tip in a way that isn't verbal. I would have left a bigger tip that way.

You are sure to find an amazing flavor combination for whatever drink you get due to their expansive flavor selection. I love the deck area and general atmosphere. I would give them 5 stars but their menu needs fixing which I was told they were getting new ones so hopefully that will be soon. But definitely worth checking out. The owner is very congenial and nice.

Got iced coffee and a Italian soda. Both were great. Coffee was alittle strong but good. Great friendly service. They have a really cool sitting area outside. Will definitely go back.

I came through drive thru super excited made sure to go over order like three times. I ordered waffles with it like three orders no offer of napkins had to ask for a bag to put them in. Got to my store and we noticed something wasn't on it that I made sure to mention it to her a couple times. Also noticed no chocolate inside wasn't like first time ordering it or the coffee was kind of lacking coffee taste kind of watery. Super disappointed about that as well. The brownies on my last visit were super hard and cold too 😕. I called the girl was kinda rude didn't seem she cared and said that's it and she couldn't do anything cause mgr wasn't there and would pass my information along but didn't seem like she really cared. Ik it shouldn't seem like a big deal but we spent some good money there and them just opening up and acting that way on the phone already didn't bring good vibes for wanting to come back. We waited all day and nothing. Looks like back to our regular place.
