Cute place for coffee. Unfortunately the service was pretty slow considering we were the only car in the drive through and ordered one drink. Felt a little awkward to be asked if I wanted to add a tip on my card, due to the long wait I didn’t feel a tip was necessary.

The coffee is good, the atmosphere is cozy, and I like shopping local. That said, I almost never go here. When you pay with a credit card, without fail, the cashier will ask, "Did you want to put a tip on the card today?" I don't like feeling compelled to tip, particularly before my drink is even in my hand, and it's frustrating being asked this instead of offering it myself, which is what a tip should be. I told the cashier to add a dollar, and then I got a notification on my banking app thirty seconds later that showed the cashier had added two dollars instead of one. If they quit asking for tips on every transaction, they'd have my business much more often. As it stands, I'd rather go to a chain where I tip when I want to, and where I'm not charged more than I agreed upon.

Great selection of coffee, sodas and desserts. Amazing stuff! I ordered ginger lemongrass lemonade and loved it!

Tina and kaylee went above and beyond with customer service. The service is quick and easy. My drinks are always good. I always ask for a surprise frap, and it's always delicious. Impressed coffee is my go to coffee shop. Thank you for being so awesome.

I come to impressed a couple of times a week and Tina is usually my barista and I love her. She has such an amazing personality she always has the warmest smile and laughter and she makes me feel like I have a friend and I am kind of a picky person and she makes me feel like that is not an issue and I just really appreciate her and I think she’s amazing keep up the good work you guys thank you again Tina you’re awesome

Whenever I get a drink, their service has been so prompt that it’s faster than Starbucks down the street. The staff are all very friendly and I always have excellent service. Everything that I have ordered has been really good! There coffee is addicting 😋

Hands down.... The best coffee shop in all of the State of Idaho. Staff is very knowledgeable, coffee is amazing. It's is absolutely the best spot for coffee and hanging out!!!! Very ImPressed with you all!!!!

The barista hooked my large up with 4 shots of espresso which was needed because I hadn't had my morning coffee and it was like 2pm. The pumpkin spice latte was pretty good too.

The thing that got me was that the person I was with didn't understand the idea of tipping at all. Most coffee kiosks don't have tip just that is visible from the car side of a drive thru lane and I think this place especially should just politely let people know, hey, your kindness allowes me too be comfortable in my life.

This is a really neat place and when I am in town I will make it a point to come here.

Cute, cozy, classy atmosphere here! Really kind staff and outdoor heated seating, and lights. I got a churro latte with almond milk, it was delicious and light. Really IMpressed with this place! 🙃

I truly wanted to be “impressed” but they just aren’t there yet. Being a new business I decided to give them several try's before ultimately realizing Java Express is worth the extra drive time. They should be using dome lids when you get whip (adds more whip) and it’s a bummer they only offer up to 24oz for iced lattes. Most of my days call for a 32oz which I can get at Java. The coffee blend seems to be quite a bit off as well. I get a super strong coffee taste and can’t really taste the caramel even tho i order 2x the caramel flavor and add caramel drizzle. I’ve been here about 5 times now and it never seems to be quick. Usually spend about 15-25 minutes waiting to order when there is only one car ahead of me. Staff is alway friendly which is why I gave any stars at all. But please stop ASKING for a tip. I always tip but it’s uncomfortable when you ASK about a tip. Also for future reference… tips means = To insure prompt service.
