Amazing service pouring rain and they came out side to take the orders because the drive thru line was getting long impressive. Also amazing coffee ☕️

I stopped by for the first time on Sep 23 and not only was the coffee fantastic, Natalie was awesome! I was upset I could only tip in cash, but I was told this would be another good way to give recognition. So, thank you Natalie for the delicious coffee.

The atmosphere is awesome! Laid back and comfortable to visit with your group or just to be by yourself. I tried one of their smoothies they offer and thought it was good...something I could easily make at home and so it wasn't anything super special, but I do appreciate that it was made with ingredients without added sugar. Their chocolate cookie was great also. They also have a drive thru which is helpful for if you are on the go.

Always a great experience at Jack Henry Coffee House and the coffee is tasty.

I typically only order iced or blended drinks here, but they are always tasty. If not, they happily re-make it. Baked goods are tasty too. Staff are very friendly and eager to assist with recommending a drink or describing one. They have a seasonal menu of fun drinks to try. Environment is clean, calm, and I like the reclaimed barn wood they use to decorate the place. WiFi is very fast and free. I'm a regular customer here.

I’m a coffee lover — as in: no cream, milk, sugar, or the like. First time at Jolts today and I’ll definitely be back! Bold tasting and smooth aftertastes from my Americano. Outstanding service and spotlessly clean. Two thumbs up!

This afternoon was my first time checking this place out. The shop inside is super cute and unique however the staff was not warm or friendly at all, they had no personality or customer service skills from what I experienced. I was not greeted, smiled at or acknowledged in anyway even when I reached the counter. They just stared at me while I stood at the counter until I said hello to them, even then, no “what can we get started for you” “how are you”... nothing. They just responded with “hi” and we stood there staring at each other in silence, until I ordered. I also ordered a bagel to go. When they handed me my drink she said “there ya go” and walked away. It was not obvious to me if they forgot my bagel or were grabbing my bagel so after a few minutes, I asked the other barista “is she grabbing my bagel?” To which she replied “yeah, don’t worry” in a condescending tone. The drink was actually really good and the shop was adorable but because of the staff alone I won’t be going back. I hope they train the barista better on customer service and being more friendly and personable with customers because everything else was great. Super bummed that I didn’t have a good first experience here.

I was in drive thru around 4:45pm and the Lady and Gentlemen who took my order and brought my drinks were very nice and had great customer service. My drinks all tasted amazing! Thank you. I have never had bad customer service or drinks here.

The have great coffee but the drive thru is absurdly slow. I've waited 25 minutes for 6 cars to go through, two separate time. Never again. No coffee is THAT good
