I have had great experiences every time I go there. The staff is top notch, especially Nicole. She is very friendly, always greets me with a smile and knows my drink. I don’t always have cash to leave a tip. I wish there was an option to add a tip on my debit card.

The staff is really nice, and the drinks are really good, but they keep changing their punch card program (and have a completely different system for their Guru’s) - that I have now lost out on 3 drinks. If you want to change systems multiple times, that’s fine, but keep track of orders so us loyal customers don’t keep losing out on perks we’ve earned by supporting your small business.

Response to owner: They are correct - they did let customers know; however, when I went to use my punch cards (one for the Guru and one for a coffee drink - on separate visits) after they went to digital, I was told they wouldn’t honor my punch cards, so they got tossed. They then switched from digital back to punch cards, rendering the digital punches now useless.

Coffee is alright. I like their blended caramel mochiatto. What I don't like is when the drive thru line gets long they come outside to start taking orders from cars in line, but they don't have a menu to show you and they're not very good at recommendations.

I will never come here again. After many times of being charged for whip cream and not getting it, I still gave them a chance. Well today I’m just done with jolts and juice. I showed up before closing time and by the time I got to the window it was 2:02. They said they couldn’t serve me because they close at 2 but I was there before 2 and they were being slow serving the drinks in the car in front of me. I have worked in a coffee shop before and we were taught that if a car shows up before closing time but gets to the window after, you still serve them. Now if I should up after 2 then I would understand. I loved jolts and juice but I feel like if this is there policy then they no longer have my business.

Asked that they re make my drink an americano due to having too much creamer in it. They wanted to charge for a new drink. Not my idea of good customer sevice or smart to loose a customer over such a small cost thing.

The guy at the window today wasn’t friendly at all, when I asked for a kids hot chocolate he gave me cold chocolate milk and my iced coffee wasn’t good it was still warm. The drive thru also takes awhile to get through. I won’t be coming back to this coffee shop.

Great coffee! They made me an oatmilk latte so good it was almost like drinking a real latte!

We also had some tasty muffins and a yogurt parfait.

My only regret is that they are located 8 hours from where I live!
