How can you not love Dutch? You get friendly service no matter which location you hit. Plus they'll make you anything (as long as they have the ingredients) even if it's not on the menu. If you want to try something new but you're stumped on what to try, they always have a recommendation. And how about no sales tax? We're not even in Oregon! I love that the price you see is the price you pay. I have nothing bad to say about this place!

Waited 10 min at the window. After they messed up my drink the second time this week. Sad how the customer service has changed !!! Mistakes are ok. But no apology at all!!!

Places like this is why I love the West. I was in town for a funeral unfortunately and EVERY single staff member asked me why I was in town and struck up a conversation. The employees here were so nice and kind. And the coffee is great too!

Usually very good, but today's visit was BAD. So busy with cars we walked up. Waited in NO line for more than 5 min to order. 15 min later we got the wrong drinks. Then another 15 min to get iced drinks when we ordered hot. After 35 min and still the wrong drinks we just excepted it and left. Such a bummer, cause usually it's good service and great coffee...

You guys had such AMAZING staff tonight I was having such a CRAZY night at my clinic and dutch is right up the street so I though I'd grab some energy for me and my coworker and your staff made my night! The employees need to pay attention to the order people pull in line in. I was waiting to place my order in the usual long line and was passed over while people who were there after me were helped. Once in a while is understandable but the next time I went in the same week it was worse. I thought the employee was taking an order from the car in front of me and I was waiting longer than usual. The other employee then comes out and starts taking several other orders of cars who were there after me. Once the other employee is finished with the car ahead of me they just drove off without a drink. I guess they were just visiting. I was so angry I just drove off and tried to contact management. I didn't get a response for several days. I found a new coffee shop that serves better coffee and I haven't been back sense.

The place was really busy! There were at least 10 cars lined up (only one side of the drive through is available). Regardless, there was a girl outside taking orders and payments (by card). The service was incredibly fast and they even had a girl running out drinks, stamping cards, and talking with customers. I was very impressed!
