Don’t get me wrong, the drinks are amazing and the staff is great. But. This location only, is extremely pushy for tips. I thought the whole purpose of placing a preferred tip on the dutch app was to avoid being asked for a tip everytime. The staff constantly asks me if I want to change it (aka give them a higher tip). If I purchase more than one drink I will bump up the tip. I bought one $6 drink and gave the staff member a $20 bill and she asked me if I wanted my change back, after I had already left a tip? That is the #1 statement you never ask a customer, it gives a greedy impression. I never encounter this at any other location but this one.

It is such a pleasure to drive-through a drive-in that has Employees with such terrific personalities, It helps start you day off with a big smile makes you feel good. Everyone is so polite and helpful in every way Not to mention the good coffee and rolls they serve.

The two times we've been to this location we have been pleased with the speed, the staff, the product, and the ease with which to come and go.
Yesterday the drive thru line was LONG, so we opted to park and stretch our legs - we went to the window. The employee was wonderfully cheerful, despite repeating his pleasantries so many times because there were so many customers. Gotta love "sticker day".
This location has been super clean each time we visit and so far our orders have all been correct. I heard a young woman order a concoction that sounded DELICIOUS - something about coconut and peach with raspberry drizzle... I think her base was a Rebel but seeing as I don't do those energy drinks (my adrenals are mad enough with the coffee and sugar), I would try it with a lemonade base.
About an hour and a half after we left, my youngest son beieved he left a most-loved Batman Lego figure behind. Instead of driving all the way back, I called. The kind young man who answered my call happily obliged and went looking for the little Lego figure around the seating area. He did not find it. However, happy ending - Batman was in our van. Huzzah.
Lastly, if you are not familiar with "sticker day", it happens the 1st of every month. New stickers are released in a limited, first-come-first-served fashion.

They were so great that last night with my precocious and I mean very very precocious five year old grandson. He has a very extensive large vocabulary and he speaks extra extra clear. So my son rolled down the window it was cold but he was dressed appropriately he's well vaccinated, and let him order. And they stopped and were floored by how wonderful he could speak.Thank You Dutch Brothers for a wonderful night. The hot cocoa was perfect, the whipped cream was delicious because he ordered mine as well. So I really appreciate the time, I never order Dutch Brothers can't afford it.
