Really cute store and great atmosphere, unfortunately I think the quality of their espresso drinks is really not there. The coffee smells amazing, but the milk in my latte had a really weird after taste and the other drink my friend ordered came out the same way. Pretty out of the way for an average cup.

One of the best coffee shops in the treasure valley and they have to have the best selection of special roasts as well as flavored beans. They even have 100% Kona beans, not just a Kona blend

Very picky about coffee -so much so that I will drive out of my way to find it. The Roastere did not disappoint. Well worth going out of the way for. The beans are roasted on-site, in small batches, and the barista pulled excellent shots. If you appreciate good coffee, you will appreciate coffee from The Roastere.

The smell of coffee is amazing when going in here!! I never want to leave. I buy bags of coffee here and bring them home so I can have fresh roasted coffee. Any coffee here is amazing. There are so many that I can't even recommend one they are all good.

First time here today May 5 2022 , great cute beautiful place , Staff was awesome, coffee was FANTASTIC!! best coffee I have try yet ! And trust I've try plenty and this beat them all . Keep up great work !

I love the way this place smells. So I buy other stuff here just so I can keep smelling the coffee! Joking...but they sell unique greeting cards, souvenir items and gifts in addition to coffee. Also if you have a water jug-- like a three gallon or a five gallon ---that you like to fill up with reverse osmosis water, they have a machine out front that's only 50 cents a gallon so I fill up my 3 gallon jug for only $1.50! Love that!

Love this place. Have been going since I was a kid. Best Mochas I have had EVER.

Also funny side note. My family and I moved into the neighborhood across the street from the Roastere when I was a kid and the first morning when we smelt the shop roasting the coffee we thought it was the crematorium just down the street from them and that freaked everyone out. Needless to say, that's how we found out about the coffee shop and have loved it since.
