Primal Coffee Boise

This little hole in the wall coffee shop was such a great surprise. Very relaxing and clean atmosphere inside and the coffee is delicious. They have a good selection of bites there as well and some ukuleles in the corner for patrons to strum if they get inspired.

Stopped in this morning with our son in law. The coffee was excellent. Hoping to stop by again in the morning before heading home. Also looking forward to riding the green belt and the bike path on Latah street to Primal next time that we are in town.

Love this place! Owner is a gem. Everything is made with such passion and love, from the roasts to the ingredients to the food. The coffee is tasty, the ceramics are unique and very cool, and the food was so tasty I gobbled it up in seconds. Highly recommend coming by and trying everything.

If you're looking for bold and rich coffee, Primal Coffee is your spot. Austin takes his coffee seriously and it's not for the faint of heart. He roasts locally, cares where his products are sourced, and has it down to an art. On top of his passion for the foundations, he knows how to spice it up -- the vegan Thai coffee is sooooo good! If coffee isn't your thing, the chai is, hands down, the best in town (maybe even anywhere)! I dare you try it.
