Dutch Bros Coffee

Walked in here twice was never helped or even acknowledged.. the employees all in a separate room only helping the drive through.

I'm very ashamed to call myself American after my experience at this location.. I was discriminated on because of my gender by one of the staff members a complaint was filled and I'm still ashamed to walk in and place an order..

When you wait in line for 20 min and nobody moves but there's only 4 cars ahead maybe there should be less chatting and flirting and more working.

Dutch Bros, Always good coffee and always friendly service. Spread love and energy for people everywhere. Thanks for my coffee.😍

This particular Dutch is usually busy but sometimes the barista does more talking than making drinks. It seems they have some new employees as well which lately has increased wait times. My last stop in took close to 15 minutes with roughly 7 cars ahead of me. Once my drink was delivered the taste was off.

I was having a bad day, and my app wasn't working. The girl there took care of me thank you so much!!!

We are absolutely in love with this Dutch Bros Coffee Shop. We love the the chain, of course, but there’s something special about the one on State St! The employees bring the magic and they always deliver on awesome drinks. Highly recommend. The drive-thru can get crowded. If there’s a line, be careful not to block the exit as you pull in!

Our coffees were fine but the service at the State St., Eagle location was terrible. We were made to wait while the employees all had to chat with some person in a pickup. I've never had that bad of service at any other Dutch Bros.

Both times I have been in the drive thru recently I have sat and waited 5-10mins while the people at the window have talked to the car at the window. usually not a big deal & kind of used to it but these last two times i’ve watched then hand them their drink(s) & then continue to talk for 5 mins & then the car at the window finally drives away. It’s really frustrating because I usually tip & I go to dutch bros 4-5 times a week & i’ve been really disappointed lately. I usually am super understanding when it’s busy in the mornings & afternoons but when it’s after 8pm & im trying to hurry & get my coffee before my graveyard and there is only one car in the whole line, it’s very inconsiderate of the patrons waiting.

Friendly Broistas, and the drinks ordered were made just right. The girl who took our order was very detail oriented and helped me get the exact drink I was hoping for, and the one at the window was friendly, pleasant, and engaged us in conversation helping the wait for our drinks pass quickly and pleasantly. Fantastic experience, well done to that location's staff!
