10/20/21 - 9/30 am.. the gal taking orders this morning was very evidently not feeling very well.. coughing, sniffling even wiped snot from her nose onto her jacket sleeve .. absolutely disgusting.. at a minimum she should have a mask on if she's going to be interacting face to face in close proximity with customers.. hello? allergies or not.. and when i mentioned this at the window i was told she is "not sick" it's the "dust" outside while he snickered.. that's a 0 on the customer service.. real good look Dutch Bros.

The three stars are for the fast and friendly service, although no one was masked. No way to warm up the few food options available. Their menu display only had the expensive, frilly drinks and no prices for a plain coffee. Also, no sleeves for their hot coffee? What??

Absolutely amazing. I grew up drinking Dutch bros in Oregon and still drink it every day and my children love it as well. This specific location is always fast, friendly and absolutely amazing. They regular staff knows us by name and knows what we like. Best location I have ever been to!!

Love that they finally have a spot in downtown area that is road accessible. Just watch out as you pull into the drive through, is pretty tight for space and it does take much of a rush to have a line out to the streets and down the adjacent all. Great location, nice outdoor fire pit, and the staff are always friendly at this store.
