Such an awesome coffee shop for anyone who wants to grab a coffee and bite spend some time studying or spending some relaxed time. They have a wide selection of small bites and coffee. Very great staff they are very friendly. It’s has a lot of seating area. Overall it’s a great place to hangout.

I had a really good experience here. It was very busy and hard to find a spot to sit but once I did, the atmosphere was relaxing. The coffee is excellent. I had an iced latte with coconut flavor. Better than Starbucks for sure. The price is very reasonable, about $5.50 for the 20 oz. They don’t require masks so keep that in mind. The employees were not masked. The staff was very friendly and attentive though. The parking lot was a little crowded but it was easy enough to park at the library and walk over. I look forward to my next visit.

What a cute little find at 6am! I LOVED the vibes here - super cozy, plant crazy, and spacious! Bagel & veggie cream cheese ($4) was SO GOOD and fresh. Got an iced americano and latte ($4 for 16oz). Pretty affordable for this day and age!

Really cool atmosphere but unfortunately their coffee was not up to par. Tried the latte and Mexican Mocha but both were way off point. The Mexican Mocha was overly sweet and had no spice to it. After asking, I found out they don't use cayenne at all and only use a powder mix with cinnamon and mexican chocolate. Not how a gourmet coffee shop should be doing it.
The latte was really burnt. So burnt it would make Starbucks blush. And not only that, they poured the the bottom sooty, silty residual into the cup. Giving it a tart and lingering taste. Beans were ok. More like a mid-grade bean. Nothing spectacular.
The Danish and banana bread was meh. Danish had a processed lemon taste to it even though it was labeled as a Danish only. No lemon being mentioned. The banana bread was very moist but for $4, the bread was only about 2/3 the size of a stick of butter and had no walnuts. Won't be back anytime soon. Too bad cause it has a rad vibe.

Love this place so much! The kindest people work here. The environment for working and/or relaxing with a coffee is the best. Even when it’s packed you’ll find a spot! I’ll miss this place this winter…Wish there was one in Charleston sc :)

Decent food and coffee, but expensive. I don't think the tables have ever been cleaned either, there was a thick layer of dust on the ones outside and the floor was filthy. At least the decor is pretty.

I finally came in to buy coffee beans last weekend after telling everyone I know how good the coffee is at Jo Vino's and Coffee Studio. I bought the beans and then bought a coffee and after I paid, the barista said, "Oh sorry, you get a free cup of coffee with your beans". Since by that point, I had already purchased coffee, she said, "No worries, next time you are in the area, come by and we'll give you a cup of coffee." I just happened to be in the area taking my son to Bogus this morning and I live in Nampa so I figured I would stop in and grab that cup of coffee. I have never had a barista behave that way towards me and I'm 40 years old. She said " We don't do that, what was the baristas name and where is your receipt?" I said I didn't have it and that I didn't know I needed it. She did everything BUT accuse me of trying to steal a 12 OUNCE CUP OF DRIP COFFEE. She said "We'll make an exception this time but moving forward, we won't be able to do this" As if I'm going to try again next weekend?? She said all of this in front of many other guests and it was absolutely humiliating. What crazy is I don't even drink drip coffee anymore and have credited your coffee many times as to why I'm an americano obsessed woman now. I never in a million years would have come in and redeemed that little drip coffee if I would have known that is how I would be treated and quite honestly, I will never step foot in your coffee shop again. I had an appointment to meet a new client at your other Boise location and it is now rescheduled to a different coffee shop. The coffee shops that serve your beans WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER treat a customer like that.

Unfortunately Caffeina has gone from a 5 star review to a 1 star review due to their complete lack of requiring face masks. It's really disappointing, as I love their food and coffee.
Creating a safe and healthy environment for EVERYONE is essential in my book. This isn't about politics, this is about healthy and safety for every customer. Happy to update this review if/when they decide to start protecting their at-risk patrons.
Old review:
Great spot for excellent coffee, straightforward breakfast dishes, and a great space. Lots of seating, inside and out.
This place has a great vibe and is the type of coffee shop anyone who’s a lover of coffee and baked goods should go to. Well done.

I love coming to the State street location because it offers a cozy and warm atmosphere inside and a fun patio outside (plenty of seating all around). It's nice to have a coffee shop that breaks up the mod monotony! I've never been disappointed with a drink I've had here. The service is always pleasant and the shop is always clean and nice.

I live very close to this coffee shop and the daily 5:20AM patio music blasting has been awful! It’s a necessary nobody sitting out there at five in the morning and just as anybody else the coffee house should be following noise ordinances of the city.
I could just call the BPD but I am not that selfish to waist the time of our officers!
Just turn it down and stop being loud af!
Thanks!
