Oxbow Diner & Spirits

Very nice diner with great, quick service! Close to the freeway and an easily accessible parking lot.

This Reuben and fries really hit the spot!

I had the fish and chips. The fish was oily, salty and had too much breading in my opinion. The fries were fresh and...well...fries. Not bad. They were out of most appetizers. The lemon meringue pie was devine! Excellent crust. Light, sweet meringue. Tart, delicious lemon. Perfect and amazing.

Bathrooms were horrible. Atmosphere was very rustic which is to be expected in such a tiny town! The server was bright, bubbly and funny.

My brother Michael and I had car trouble on the interstate not far from the restaurant, and the owner of this restaurant helped us out tremendously.
We wind up sealing our van to the owner. The owner and his wife helped us get bus tickets to Colorado. And even gave us a ride to the bus station in Twin Falls. This all happened back in 2016. I don't recall the owners name of this restaurant. I do hope they are doing well and I want to say thank you for helping us out that day those years ago. I do remember that the owner feed us a meal and it was delicious. Thank you for your help. May God continue to bless you as you continue to bless others. Again thank you very much for all you did for us.

Super good food, I'm impressed! This is a chicken fried pork dish. Home made salsa with just the right amount of heat to make your scalp compress. We'll be back.

The food was so good! And a great value! My server Jas is hands-down one of the best I've ever had! I pass by this little town several times a week and now I have a reason to stop regularly!

So I'm here in Bliss on family business. And thanks to a complete lack of options I came here. First impressions are they need to fire the cleaning crew or hire a cleaning crew. But it is cleaner then the hotel.(The only hotel) so it shall work.The young man greeted me and took my order. Nice guy, I can hear the kitchen working. That is always a good sound. (no microwave) I would suspect a small map dot town doesn't have much business. Since I'm the only customer here..
So the food, I actually enjoy it. Cooked correctly, seasoned and well portioned. My only criticism of the food would be on the hashbrowns. About 3 minutes longer and it would have been perfect. So overall a decent experience.

10 cents pancakes sunday amazing apple cinnamon dream, thats what I would call them the soft warm fluff from the clouds with that sweet oh so sweet melted butter, hot syrup everywhere yes please oxbow diner has my heart 😍 p.s. the waitress Clara she knows how to start the morning with that smile and that attitude thank you for breakfast!!!!!

The fresh-baked hamburger buns were marshmellow soft, and toasted so they were also perfectly crunchy. The patties were big, seasoned, juicy, and didn't come out of a freezer. Oxbow's burgers are by far the best I've eaten in a long time. I wish it were closer to home, I would eat here frequently if it were. Service was good and quick also.

The burger was phenomenal The soup was homemade awesomeness get a chance stop in 😁💙✌️
