Aloha Liege Waffles & Espresso

Cool along the highway coffee truck with creative coffee creations and island breakfast. Easy walk from the Marriott and surrounding areas. A real gem and plenty of rooster photo ops.

My rating is based on second visit and not the food. Stopped here twice while staying at the Royal Sonesta. First time we ordered and had a short wait, the waffles were very good and the service was good and the staff was friendly. The second time we stopped we just wanted coffee and were told we would have to wait 20 minutes. The man waiting on us seemed a bit stressed because he was busy. When I expressed surprise that we would have to wait 20 minutes for just regular coffee he made some comments and as we walked away, he said that I didn't have to be rude. I was surprised not rude and based on his remarks I will never stop again. I guess good help is hard to find!

This is a secret and amazing place. The sunrise latte and sunrise waffle was to die for. I got the latte with almond milk and it’s delicious. The waffle was pre cut with delicious homemade whipped cream and fresh mangos. This is a must go!! Quick walk from the marriott/sonesta too.
My friends got other lattes and waffles and the fruit bowl and all delicious!!! Coming back every morning now.

Waffles are a bit on the crispy side, but the toppings are plentiful and the portions are reasonable. If you're looking for a good local breakfast spot, this is a good place to go!

Delicious coffee and while I wouldn't say it's a true Liege waffle, it certainly was yummy. The fruit was fresh and the whipped cream was homemade and excellent.
