Aloha Liege Waffles & Espresso

Stopped by this morning and my daughter and I shared a waffle. So, so yummy! I’ve had a liege waffle in Colorado and didn’t love it. But these ones were delicious! I got the one with whipped cream, pineapple, chocolate sauce, and fresh coconut. Definitely recommend.

Spectacular waffles, and to due for iced coffee. Incredible service, the team works incredibly hard making everything fresh. Waffles can be up to a 20 min wait but are oh so worth it, just build time in to your day! An absolute must have in Kauai!!!

The MacDaddy was so dank. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside waffle, fresh banana and delicious coconut whipped cream. The OHT (on Hawaii time) was also very good. Overall very happy with this little food truck. Seating available on site.

Delicious waffles! I had the ‘dragon’ waffle. Be sure to go before 2pm local-time else they get sold out of stuff later. …and they accept Apple Pay!
there are other food carts with lunch type food as well….and being the ‘chicken’ island, there’s a lot of them running around while you enjoy your ‘chicken’ haha!

Delicious waffles! We tried two BOBs- best of both. One with Dragon and Slow Island and the other with the Leprechaun and MacDaddy. My favorite was the Leprechaun and MacDaddy. Seating is outdoors. Would definitely visit this food truck again!

These were the best waffles I've ever eaten!! Within walkable distance from the Royal Sonesta and a MUST HAVE while in Kauai! ❤️

My partner and I got a fruit bowl and a liege waffle here! Delicious enough to save for a later snack! Lol liege waffles are a little dry for me, but the fruit was very fresh and the coconut whipped cream on top was extra yummy!

A must try! It was probably the best waffle I have ever had ! Sad that we were not able to have the mango( they seem to serve during the summer and early fall) but we had both the pineapple with strawberry and pineapple with banana. The portion is for one person. Make sure to add some coconut flakes!

Delicious liege waffles for breakfast. I really enjoy the Dragon with pineapple and coconut toppings.
The drip coffee is also a great compliment to waffles.

Ordered the iced OHT to drink and the Weremonkey waffle. The coffee was delicious and had a triple shot of espresso. The waffles were next level. It was like having dessert for breakfast. The Weremonkey was served with sliced bananas, cookie butter (the best part!), and cream on top. Food was ready quickly and there are picnic tables to sit at. It was a bit pricey, $20/person for a waffle and drink. Also, there is some parking if you turn in a drive right past the food trucks.
