It’s understandable to be busy but not ok to be rude to customers. The only thing good about the experience was the coffee. I ordered online, which is suppose to send you a confirmation order and then a second email with a time to pickup. After about 20 minutes I still hadn’t got my second email or heard my name called. I simply went up to ask if they had received my order just to make sure there wasn’t a glitch. Multiple employees were rude and dismissive. If you can’t handle online orders then don’t offer that as a service!

This place is so awesome. There is a wait every morning, but it is totally worth it. Those damn fresh breakfast bowls are honestly the best my wife has ever had. Just the right amount of sweet and so fresh. The coffee drink, marauder, was spectacular. Just sweet enough and the coffee taste was perfect. Seriously recommend every time!

The best acaci bowl I have ever had. The breakfast bagel is awesome as well.
The line can be very long, I recommend ordering online and picking it up.

We found this place a few days into our stay and there is always a long line so we decided to try it and I am glad we did! One day we had to wait about an hour for our complete order but it's worth it. The food is so good, we had bagel sandwiches and all the acai bowls looked delicious. The coffee was great and the banzai berry smoothie was delicious! The pricing is so much more reasonable than the hotels as well, worth checking it out!

It looks like it is the only proper coffee place (besides Starbucks) in the area. It opens at 7am, but the main crowd comes by 7:30am. It took me 20 min of waiting and 10 min of waiting for the order. Pretty fast. Meanwhile you can observe chickens diving into the trash bin. There are some tables outside to sit without masks. I got house coffee (pretty decent) and acai bowl. I don't think the opening hours are correct on Google maps, especially for Sunday and Monday. I saw that place was closed when I arrived to Poipu. (However, it might have been smth temporal).

Long line by 0730. Worth the wait if you have the time. Unfortunately, we did not have time the second time we went because we had to catch a flight. The acai bowl and coffees were delicious and reasonably priced.

Came with my fiancé for an early lunch. This is exactly what we were looking for. We got the Pakala bowl and the Shippy’s bowl, and even though they were out of granola, they were still delicious. Cant wait to try other items on the menu later this week!

Delicious! Have had acai bowls here multiple times, they are consistently good. Highly recommend for a healthy, satisfying breakfast or small lunch.

Chickens. Chickens everywhere, man. They’re in the treeees, they’re in the trees, man. I was just trying to eat my açaí bowl in peace. But the chickens won’t let me. They’re always watching. These descendants of great dinosaurs are a menace to society, and they must be stopped.
But first, I’m going to finish my açaí bowl.
