First time I came, had an awesome Turmeric latte. Second time, I grabbed a sandwich and sat down to read emails. The manager came over to interrogate me on why I haven’t paid yet even though I was sitting peacefully within the store? Pretty strange and uncomfortable.

The turmic coffee was very tasty and the quiche delicious! Haven't been there in years and enjoyed revisiting. Parking in the municipal lot is easy even at 1pm.

Great coffee, friendly staff. Pastries and baked goods are out of this world, and since I only eat carbs once a week, this is a go-to place for a splurge.

First time here and I couldn’t be any happier with my experience today! Could never really see what was going on in this place with the tinted windows, but once I came inside I was pleasantly surprised. Awesome array of pastries and amazing coffee! A lot of seating spaced far apart and separated by plastic screens, so a great option for a sit in coffee shop that really cares about social distancing!

I'm here in Oahu for a conference at Chaminade University looking for a great coffee place aside from Starbucks , and that's open at 6am . That is nice and friendly. I FOUND IT ! They also have a stamp card.
Ok day two same great service, sat on the other side of the counter and they have plenty of great space. You can have several group meetings, study groups or gatherings

Comes with a bar in the evening. Great drinks by a lady bartender who knows what she is doing.

A good spot with coffee any way you like. The place is super cute and has a lot of space and tables, including one large table for 6 inside a former bank vault and two bars. You can also get anything to go. Has good pastries including butter mochi. A good place to hang out for a long time if desired, but can get full.

The building is pretty nice, lots of indoor seating and the staff is nice. I’ve gotten a few cappuccinos here, and they’ve all been pretty mediocre. No outside food allowed, kind of a bummer. If you like flavored lattes, they seemingly have them all. Would recommend for studying, would not recommend for coffee lovers.

Coffee shop by day, cocktail bar by night 🌙
The Kaimuki staple café, Coffee Talk recently rebranded as Talk Kaimuki and launched their new cocktail service from Thursday-Saturday night. Talk Kaimuki offers coffee-house inspired and original cocktail creations, along with a delicious selection of bar bites 🍸✨
Some of the highlights of my experience were the “No Talkie Before Coffee” and “Moshi Moshi” cocktails. They also offer some yummy mocktail creations! Whatever you do, do not leave without eating their house-made popcorn and grilled cheese— I was not expecting their food to pop off like that 🤤👌🏼

Had a great time in line this morning, and since I came after the morning rush I was quickly helped by a very happy young woman named Imani.
I got their non-vegetarian Quiche option.
It’s so good! It has a subtle spiciness to it, a perfect mix of ham and cauliflower, was moist enough, yet had a crunchy crust!
Can’t wait to come back.
Grateful grateful
