Small coffee shop with some seating inside & outside. We got there right at opening time (8 a.m. on a Saturday) & the shop filled up quickly. Parking is easy at the Marin Tower Parking Garage (cash only).
Download the Ripples app & upload the photo that you'd like the barista to put on your coffee. They have a really cool coffee ink machine that makes a custom design of your choice, or you can choose from preselected templates they offer.
The lox bagel was tasty & so was the almond latte.
Really appreciate the guys behind the counter with their help & patience as I figured out the app. Will definitely be back!

This is my favorite coffee place in downtown. I love the veggie wrap and buddha bowls. Desserts by Monica are amazing!!! if you have time, try the waffles! It's topped with fresh fruits. Love the coffee as well!

Should have taken a picture, but the food was super good and I was starving. Quick sandwiches, overnight oats and other items available for breakfast. Coffee is delicious and their almond milk latte to die for. Owner Joe and the staff are always friendly - they recognized us after being away for almost a year. Great place. We always hit it when we're in town.

Original review:
I'm a blind customer and I was well accommodated. Michael patiently went through menu options and helped me to find just the right drink for the kind of flavor I was looking for. The mocha was amazing. So was the breakfast croissant with crisp bacon, fluffy egg, and crunchy bread. It was wonderful to support a local shop, and I am definitely making a return trip. So many specialty drinks to try.
ETA: I went back to this cafe and got the same friendly service. In fact, this is the friendliest coffee shop I've been to. This alone makes it stand out for me. Sometimes, I don't think companies understand how important that is.
The Thai latte was awesome if you love coconut the way I do.
There's wifi, it's cool inside, and I like the local music. The Hawaiian tunes are a standout from the few other shops I've been to and it helps that the style of songs is precisely the kind of music I enjoy best.
I've been looking for a go-to shop that's local and I've found my spot. Their unique selection of drinks, plus tasty food, casual feel, and people who feel happy to be working there make this place a winner to me. Will recommend to the few friends I have.
P.S. I was recognized as being a return visitor. I've never gotten that at Starbucks. Plus, I personally was recognized, as opposed to just my cane. It's a breath of welcome fresh air, I can tell you as a disabled person.

The coffee is roasted on the premise. The organic omelette cheese and bacon had been baked and came topped with avocado. I was able to have the omelette with out bacon. The house hot sauce was definitely to my liking. Will visit Local Joe's next Friday and try some of their vegetarian breakfast options.

Pumpkin Pie Latte was good with a nice artistic image over the foam.
Not a good place for a quick bite of breakfast. We got both the ABC bagel and the breakfast burrito. The ABC bagel was premade and overly salty.
The guava pastry was really good - soft and filled with sweet guava.

Awesome little spot for tasty coffee and inventive small dishes. Love the latte printer too!
