Review of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Ward

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Ward: A coffee lover's paradise

If you're looking for a cozy and comfortable place to enjoy a cup of coffee, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Ward is the perfect spot for you. This cafe chain is known for its signature ice-blended drinks, but it also serves a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies.

The cafe is located at 1180-1198 Queen St, Honolulu, HI 96814, and is open every day of the week. Its operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays.

The cafe's interior is clean, organized, and well-maintained. There are plenty of seats available, both indoors and outdoors, making it an ideal place to work, study, or catch up with friends. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make sure that customers are satisfied with their orders.

While the coffee is the main attraction, the cafe also offers a variety of food items, including sandwiches and bagels. However, some customers have reported that the food can be hit or miss, with some items being plain or stale. Prices are reasonable, but customers should note that there is a $5 minimum for coffee orders after 12:00 PM.

In summary, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Ward is a great place to grab a cup of coffee or tea and relax. Its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious drinks make it a must-visit for coffee lovers in the area.

I came here on Aug 20th at 345pm. Guy in the register doing his best and the employee Asian girl with glasses were rude to him and very sensitive and was rude to me and gave me attitude about my order with no whipped cream. I will contact HR

Food is good. Service on Saturday 11/9/19 was JUNK. Ordered an acai bowl for my daughter and realized that has honey, so went back and ordered another one without. The cashier never told the person preparing it that I didn't want honey, and when I reminded her, she said she got it covered. When the person preparing it was pouring honey on it I stopped him, and all he said was, sorry! I walked away with it, feeling frustrated but not in the mood to make a scene...

The Sugarina macaroons were horrible. They were hard as rocks and I complained about them. The sale person just laughed and offer not refund or anything. I asked her if they were supposed to be that tough and she said they were delivered yesterday. Delivered yesterday doesnt mean they were fresh. Duh!

Good food and atmosphere. Free wi-fi with no password necessary. The tea is a little too bold for my tastes. Chocolate scone and Caesar chicken rollup are tasty.

Trying the store in South Shore Marketplace. Good service. Parking not bad either.

The barista was very kind and welcoming. Coffee and a smiling face always helps jumpstart the day. Quick and tasteful coffee!
