Kohala Coffee Mill

We passed by this place and decided to give it a try on our way back from surfing. We came here and got coffees. I am writing this review because of this is the best coffee i have ever had. It was incredible. That is my experience here with the Kohala Coffee Mill.

Mocha was very good, and they filled it up to the top unlike most coffee shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of knick knacks.

Excellent coffee! Too bad we got there minutes before closing! We were still able to taste and make purchases. Staff was very friendly!

Small place and out of the way. Came across it when exploring the island. Good acai bowl and good ice cream.

This coffee shop was ok in the heart of Hawi HI, not much about it was unique. Descent coffee and overpriced pastries. There were some chickens walking around so that made it fun…

Had the mocha and the bagel sandwich yummmmmm!!!

If you are only going here for the coffee, give Kohala Coffee Mill five stars. Excellent espresso drinks. Shots are pulled very well indeed. Easily the best cappuccino I've had on the Island.

Food, particularly baked goods ... Not so much. No better than prepackaged stuff from a supermarket.

Nice baristas with good coffee. It’s a quirky place with the typical cafe menu. I had the lox on a toasted plain. You can’t mess that up. Very friendly locals that’ll strike up a conversation without warning.

Had a pour over coffee and it was 5 star. They have proper gears for the job. Really smooth coffee. Highly recommend
