Hanalei Bread Company

This is the second time we have come to this location. Five stars for the food. Two stars for the staff. Both times, the food is fresh, great variety, and delicious. The staff is rude and treats you as if you are wasting their time. Sad, could be a great place if the staff was a little warmer and welcoming.

DELICIOUS. Hands down one of the best fresh bread and pastries spots you can get on any of the Hawaiian Islands. Super friendly customer service even though the place was packed and the wait was a bit long, it was well worth it. We tried one of almost everything on the menu food and drinks not a single thing we ordered disappointed any of us. Would definitely be a regular if we didnt lived on Big eye.

One of my favorite places in the world! The baked goods are AMAZING, they've got some extremely skilled bakers behind the scenes. I reccomend the ham & cheese croissant (ask them to add a baked egg to it). The coffee is also outstanding, probably the best on the North Shore. Ask for your latte "for here" to get it in a real mug & skip the paper cup. We would have breakfasted there every morning, but it is a little bit pricey. Watch out for the puffed pastries & cinnamon rolls, once you've tasted them your macro goals will fall by the wayside!

Food was so freah and tasty. I had the fancy toast and breakfast burrito and pastry all made vegan (note: this is a vegan place, but have vegan options) Great flavors and not too big or too small, great size portions. The oatmeal cookies are the ishhhh!!

Tried a couple different of pastries… the Nutella roll was to die for. The fruit pastry was just ok but my husband really liked it. Also tried a couple loaves of bread and were a bit disappointed with that. The flavor was good but the bread was dry.

Great coffee drinks with lots of healthy options. Their fresh baked pastries are tasty. We enjoyed having our morning coffee here during our stay at the St Regis. We love Hanalei!

Delicious food and amazing coffee! Great gluten free options and a very clean setting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back asap! Try the mango iced tea too - it’s on another level. Yum!

Wonderful shop. Incredibly friendly staff. Best coffee I've ever had. Bought a fresh loaf of sourdough while I was there. Amazing quality. The view is not too bad either.

Ate here for lunch for the first time and I got the hummus wrap. It was kind of bland/ there was too much hummus coming out of the side & the hummus was sour. It was also not wrapped very well. I also got the raspberry spritzer which was pretty good! Kinda pricey for what you get. Wish there where better vegan options

Efficient and friendly service at the counter and good breakfast food, sandwiches, coffee, smoothies etc., in an open air environment make this an easy recommendation for breakfast. Frittata was excellent. Food items can sell out, so best selection is early in the morning.
