People in Hanalei get moving early so don't be surprised for this spot to be jumping right when they open. I arrived about 7:30 and most seats were full and there was a short line to order from the front window. There's also a more traditional coffee setup counter in back with baked good, etc.
Don't be discouraged, you can sit on one of the few picnic tables out on the lawn or take your food down to the beach. Or just be patient, people move through fairly quickly.
The food and coffee were both really good. The fruit bowl with a side of honey was so fresh and delicious. The avocado toast was excellent I just wish they had a verde hot sauce for it (Tapatio packets only but they got the job done.) You could also add bacon or an egg (think baked egg cup, not over-medium) which was nice. The warm biscuit was a bit dry for my Southern sensibilities but the strawberry jam was delicious.
Overall I loved this place, the varied menu, and open air space and will definitely return when I'm back in town.

Great place for coffee and brunch. Food, coffee, and bread are all amazing. Because of this, this place will be packed at all hours of the day as every tourist on the North Shore descends on Hanalei for breakfast. The staff is here is very aloha and manages the crowds very well. I highly recommend the Maui cold brew!

Found this bustling breakfast stop on my first morning here! Coffee, smoothies, bakery, waffles, and other yummy fare. The outdoor window is for mostly restaurant orders and the indoor counter is better for picking out bakery goodies.

Very good breakfast place in Hanalei! We had the granola/yogurt bowl, ricotta toast and brekkie sandwich. Everything were perfect! But we were disappointed by the pastries, they are overrated. The wait line was insane as well: 30’ line + 40’ food preparation wait. Be prepared

Great place for a coffee and brunch. Unfortunately we had to wait arround 45min for our food, but they told us already in advamce, so it's totally fine. It was not so cheap, but the coffee and avocado toast with egg and bacon was very delicious.

Solid choice for breakfast in Hanalei. Probably the best avocado toast we had on the island. The bread is fresh, as you'd expect from a bread company, and it makes all the difference. Plenty of coffee and tea options as well. It's consistently busy, but the staff handles it well and there's plenty of outdoor seating and nearby parking to help with that.

Great place for brunch and coffee.. they have a variety of sandwiches and toasts.. !! Overrated cos you can find everyone wanting to go there.. each time we went we had to wait for about an hour to order and another 40mins for the food to come!! Felt like the whole morning went by just like that… Smoothies also take time as its very crowded.. !! they have bench seating outside which has a cute vibe.. The crossiant needs a special mention.. super soft and buttery.. Their presentation of food is amazing !!! Also very very expensive – breakfast with coffee for 4 is not below 150$..

One of the best coffee in Hawaii. Love this place, the vibes, the staff, everything about this beautiful place. All the cups for the coffee are 100% compostable, so no trees were harmed in the making of them. Also, you have to try the Acai Bowl. It’s magnific, delicious, just wow. So, if you have a pit stop here in Hanalei, try the coffee and Acai Bowl. You’ll love it.

Amazing island bakery with delicious sandwiches, pastries and all the coffee/tea you could imagine.
Our first island stop, and it was a perfect way to start our vacation.
Staff is super friendly an are willing to give recommendations of pastries.
Lots of branded swag available from mugs to water bottles and bags. Lots of coffee available in ground/beans are available for gifts.
Lots of tables to sit, as well as 5-6 large picnic tables outside with umbrellas.

This is a busy little spot nestled down in Hanalei underneath the luscious peaks. You can order inside or outside. We had a number of different items (order outside, the line moved much faster). We had the brekkie sand which, the fancy toast, the chai spice smoothie and the tropical smoothie. All 10/10. The coffee was hot and fresh.
