Update: 1-star to 4-star Re-opened with new staff and kitchen. Service good, coffee good, bagel good. Pricey but a nice-to-have on Tybrisa.
Original review: Was looking forward to trying this new coffee/bagel shop. Counter staff told us, "the bartender is in the bathroom, she'll be right back." Hmmmm... "Bartender" came out of bathroom (wash your hands?) and proceeded to lean on the register watching cartoons on TV. HELLO...You have a customer! 2 customers waiting. No acknowledgement, just comments on the cartoon on the TV. Never took our order...??? We went to Chu's...
Good luck Surfing Goat.

This place is horrible, the bacon is undercooked and the eggs are just cut up hard boiled eggs. The bagels were also $11, not worth it. Low key messy in there to. Mid establishment. Also all the 5 star reviews are definitely people who work there I can’t imagine having a good meal there.

I personally really like this place the coffee is super good and I haven't found bagels anywhere else as good as here. It is a little overpriced but it's on the south end of Tybee so that's expected. Their customer service is great too!

The food was good.
Woman who took the order was unpleasant and inhospitable immediately upon arrival. Two bagels took 45 minutes to receive, and was not given a heads up on the wait. Wouldn’t recommend

Was very disappointed. When a customer asks for double toasted bagel and you don’t even have a toaster you should tell them. All 4 of us threw our food away. Undercooked bacon and passing off hard boiled eggs cut up as a breakfast sandwich is just wrong. $26 down the drain!

$35 for 4 bagels and 2 coffees. None of the bagels were toasted, asked for cream cheese on the side and it was all over the bagels and they were store bought bagels. Overall experience wasn’t worth the $.

Cute place (a little crowded) with good bagels! I would recommend this place for bagel loving, beach goers in the Tybee/Downtown Savannah area!

Phenomenal bagels with fresh toppings, husband is the coffee drinker & was very impressed with the selection & quality. Only 2 staff were there, but really on top of things!

Poor customer service. We walked in the door (which was hanging wide open, and a customer had just left) at 2:04pm. The woman behind the counter barely looked up and barked “we’re closed!”. I said that my son just wanted a plain bagel, something she could have handed me very quickly, instead she stated “well come back between 8-2”. We walked out and there were no hours listed that we could see, just a visual of her flipping her open sign to closed. Will not return to try this place again.
