Emmy's Bubble Tea Lounge

First visit to this adorable spot while in town. Had the sea salt strawberry crema. DELICIOUS!! Best boba tea I have had in a while. The staff was kind and patient, answering all my questions with details. Definitely an enjoyable time.

We’ve been going back and fourth with this establishment since January after purchasing a gift card that was never even loaded. Manager said to have fixed the issue and went today to use and shows zero balance. This is extremely frustrating. We just need resolution and not excuses. The gentleman with the blonde spiked hair is superb at his job. No complaints on quality of product. Just fix issues faster than 3 months +… gift card is still not fixed at this time. Left name and number third time now.

This is the best bubble tea store I've ever been to. They make the drinks really fast and only take long If there are a lot of people. The place is always so clean and the workers are very nice.

I have to ask...... Do you drug test your employees, or is she naturally someone who grabs her own hair on her head and grunts as she's shaking her head vigorously at your customers? She was a vicious, rude, inconsiderate, lazy person who literally seemed to be trying to get your customers to leave without purchasing anything? Oh, and acts as if she can't hear and wants me to repeat myself 3, yes 3 times.I threw away my drink, right in front of her bc it was that wrong. Never have I ever had service like this here. And, no, I never leave bad reviews for anyone, I only review when I had an exceptionally bad experience or exceptionally good. Good day!!

I waited so long for a boba tea lounge and was so relieved once we got one in Statesboro! I absolutely love the options ! The store is adorable and so inviting ! Prices for the drinks are about $6 for a drink. They have several options and the staff are great at making recommendations!

only relevant since it's the only choice in town, drinks are average at best, service is generally rude and mediocre. whoever is at the cashier generally just expects you to memorize their code word drinks and literally rolls her eyes when you actually have to look at the menu or are with children who can't decide what they want. then the tip structure starting at 20% on the tap screen is pretty bold.

About the only place in town I can get my Thai Tea fix. The Deja Brew is absolutely wonderful. I also like the Jasmine Milk Tea!!! Always great service.

I would give it 0 if I could because my wife likes to spend all my money here.

I got the Strawberry Green tea. Amazing so far!!
