Summit Coffee is the newest coffee shop located in downtown Roswell, on the south side of Canton St/Atlanta St, very close to Roswell Mill. Summit is a North Carolina-based coffee shop and this is their first location in Georgia. The interiors have a contemporary artsy vibe, with a good amount of natural light provided by all the windows. I love the pop of color from the hexagon tiles near the front counter and the blush tiles near the fireplace. The fireplace makes for a truly cozy coffee shop!
If you’re looking for coffee to-go or just in a hurry, ordering through their app was very simple, and it allows you to choose a pickup time frame. When I walked in I noticed a little shelf to the left of the regular line that says “mobile pickup”, and I stood there for about a minute, then someone brought my beverage over and placed it on the shelf, super convenient! I tried the Pumpkin Pie Latte hot and it was great. I noticed the price for a latte was a little more than some of the other coffee shops in the area, but there’s no upcharge for alternative milks like oat or almond. They serve and sell their own coffee beans, and I will certainly be picking up a bag in the future when I need to restock for the house. They also have other Summit merch items for sale at the shop.
They have a pastry case with baked goods, and although I didn’t have time to try one, I most definitely will next time. Looks like they have beer and wine as well. Seating options are both inside and outside, and parking is behind the building, with a good amount of spots. I would visit Summit Coffee again, and see myself adding it to the list of places I meet up for coffee with my friends, great coffee and atmosphere, a lovely addition to Roswell. ~EATlanta

I was pleasantly surprised to see this franchise made it down to Georgia after going to the original branch in Asheville a few days before.
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
Behind the building is a shared parking lot with a fair amount of available, free spaces.
II. SERVICE
No complaints
III. QUALITY
Standard coffee, but the ambience and design of this cafe is what really pushed my rating.
IV. CAPACITY
Holy cow, busy. Just like the branch in Asheville, business is so good I had difficulty finding an available seat on a weekday morning.

Such Cozy vibes! Feels like we walked into a warm little cabin. The coffee is a 10/10. Plenty parking available in the back. Great spot for a date, study sesh or just to hang out.

I really like the ambiance here. Light and friendly. The coffee beans are very good (I'm a 3rd wave coffee fan). The quality of the drinks are hit or miss though. I think the baristas still need to find their feet to get the temperature, microfoam and latte art up to standard. One day the pastries were fantastic, and on another it tasted a day old.

Hopefully with a few days of training they will be the best coffee shop in the area.

Such a cute coffee shop! I loved the vibes and the staff was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the blueberry foam cold brew. Would definitely come back.

This is a nice coffee shop near downtown Roswell. There was ample parking in the back, with a sidewalk to bring you up the hill to the front door. There are a row of tables outside under an overhanging roof. The menu contains coffee drinks, teas, and small pastries. They had a vegan power bar that was really tasty. They have a few kids drinks and coloring pages. Plus chalk outside, and dog water bowls outside. I enjoyed my visit here with my family of young kids and out-of-town guests.

Fantastic coffee and a truly lovely space - with great parking! 🙌 My personal favorite is the Lavendar Haze made with oat milk ☺️

It just opened recently and I am very glad it is here. The service is very nice and unassuming and they have crushed ice, which is unique. Good coffee drinks. Just park around back and walk up, you can pull in before or after the building, so don't panic if you think you've missed it.

Quality coffee drinks! We’ve stopped in a few mornings before work/school and have had quick service from the baristas who really know the products they’re making. There’s a good variety of unique coffee drinks with great flavor and a delicious selection of baked goods. Love the sustainability of “bring your own mug for $.50 off”.

Super cute coffee shop, recently opened near front entrance to Roswell Mill.
The fireplace burning really adds to the ambience. Comfortable seating, great for studying/working. They even have women’s hygiene products in the restroom, which is so thoughtful.
Cassidy and Aida both gave exceptional service. Very friendly and the oat matcha latte they made was thoroughly delicious!
