I have not been her but my 10 year old has she said they were super friendly and she was going to order a large drink and the lady told her to get a small just incase she didn't like then she didn't spend all her money on something she didn't like ..

I got the matcha milk tea with strawberry boba and it was absolutely delicious, the workers there were so nice and the scenery was beautiful! Will be coming back for sure!
