Best Iced coffee & teas in this area of Georgia... Hands Down & NO DOUBT. Not a "hipster joint," but just good, loving, Beautiful, Kind, Real, Charismatic, & Genuinely Incredible People. Try it. Ohana Pacific Cafe is the best! I had the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Coffee Jelly and it was so amazing, and reasonably priced!! The people there are also so sweet and welcoming, plus their tapioca boba is freshly cooked ;) If you're looking for a great spot to grab some refreshing drinks from some sweet people, Ohana is your place!

Their taro bubble tea was good. But not the matcha. It doesn’t tasted like matcha. They also sell horchata here. Glad to find a good bubble tea place in Rome. Very cleaned place. Will come back again.

I finally was able to make it into the shop for the first time the other day!
Let’s start off with atmosphere:
The shop is very cute, and I was immediately greeted by the owner when I came in. I thought the layout was nice, with the menu posted on the wall as soon as you walk in so that you can decide what you want while the other customers are at the register. There are a few seating arrangements inside the shop if you want to enjoy or your selection out of this Georgia heat. I appreciated the islandesque music playing throughout the shop. It lends to a beachy feel that is most certainly lacking in Rome.
What did I get?
I wanted to get the most bang for my buck so I got two beverages (yes both were for myself lol). I got a large Taro milk tea with tapioca boba and a medium peach tea with the passion fruit boba in it. Both were 20/10 for me. Both teas were very flavorful and were probably some of the best I have had in a long time! Pricing was very reasonable as well!
How was the overall experience?
I would have to give the overall experience a 10/10! The atmosphere is very stylish and welcoming to foot traffic. The service was amazing, the owners were very friendly and were very knowledgeable about their different products they served. The teas were out of this world!

I am so happy to see an establishment like this sprouting here in little Rome, Georgia. I hope this business continues to thrive and becomes a staple in this town! I will most certainly be back to try out the smoothies, and of course grab a boba tea!

The experience was pleasant at first, but turned when Lisa started berating my friend because they got her order wrong. My friend was being extremely kind, saying they didn't have to remake the drink and it was ok, but Lisa continued to raise her voice at them saying "I didn't take your order so it's not my responsibility" and making a big deal out of the possibility of remaking the drink. My friend was extremely distraught as they had already not liked their first drink and this was a replacement. We said nothing about the first drink. As someone who used to work food service, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

I love this place! The owners are super nice and down to earth. The teas/slushes are great and taste fresh. You can tell they make their products with love and care. Ohana is an awesome addition to downtown Rome.
