I want to start off my saying I am a celiac and it is so hard to find special foods especially on the go and this spot is my obsession now! I tried a cinnamon roll for the first time in years and I can’t express enough how delicious this is!!! I also get the green goddess smoothie with strawberries. Everything I’ve tried so far is absolute perfection!! You won’t regret trying them out. 1,000% would recommend!

We stopped by here at my daughter’s request for gluten free breakfast. We met Blake, the owner, who was incredibly helpful and pleasant to talk to. We got smoothies, an aćai bowl, a cake donut, quiche and the best avocado toast I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend the Green Spork enough wether you have an allergy or you just love amazing, healthy food. Thank you Blake we will be back.

This place is FANTASTIC! Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Honestly it’s worth the trip to Richmond Hill just for this.

We stopped in on our way back home to FL. Everything was perfect. I got the chipotle cauliflower panini and added the artichoke spread, at the suggestion of the guy who helped us, it was so good! My family got an açaí bowl, avo bacun sandwich and a purple people eater smoothie… all of which I sampled 😜 and all were great too. We also got several baked goods and ended up grabbing a few more before leaving. This is definitely the spot to stop! It’s nice to have vegan options on the road that are actually creative and delicious.

This is my first time here and it definitely will NOT be my last. Omg it was so delicious. I had a half of salad and bacon avocado sandwich. The veggies tasted as if they were handpicked out of the garden made to order! Absolutely a MUST try for vegans, healthy eaters, and foodies who love a good sandwich and salad!!!! Cant wait to return!

We stopped in for a road trip stop and couldn’t have found a better place! The service was awesome, food was delicious, and there were so many healthy (and sweet treat) options! Will totally be back and wish this was closer to home!

I've had both savory and sweet items here (the various fruit muffins and the broccoli vegan quiches, so far). There is something truly very wholesome, hearty, and satiating about both items, and it makes me curious to try the prepared meals they have stored in the freezer behind you as you pay at the counter, which I have not tried yet. It certainly makes a case for a vegan diet, to be honest.

However, I'm docking two stars because I've noticed that the strawberry muffin I bought only had ONE strawberry in it. Call me picky, but in these times of inflation that discourage anyone from eating out (and Green Spork's prices ARE comparable to Starbucks'), people want more for their money than just a mouthful of grain in their healthy muffins. I've occasionally noticed the same in the broccoli quiches with just one piece of broccoli placed in the cup before baking. It is a common belief that healthy/vegan food is FLAVORLESS and boring. You're going to have to do more than that to entice customers to buy your products in a town where you do not have a niche to begin with.

Having more of these fruits and veggies in these great food items would NOT overpower them in any way. To me, it made the muffin too bland because it was therefore mostly the (I'm guessing) whole-wheat grain of the muffin with minimal sweetness from the lone strawberry on top for decoration. It made the broccoli quiche unbalanced because the peppers/spices took over. And who doesn't want more healthy fruits and veggies in a food item you're PAYING for BECAUSE it has healthy fruits and veggies?

Great little spot not far off i95. It was nice to have a healthy option on a road trip for once. Service was friendly, place very clean, and food delicious! We got the chipotle cauliflower panini, power bowl, BLT which is made with lettuce and tomatoes from local hydroponics farm, and a smoothie. 10/10 recommend this place!
