Perks Coffee

We stopped here on a whim when we were driving through Marietta. Bad food, poor customer service, and even the coffee was meh. We got some of our food in styrofoam (even though we asked to dine in) and the other on a cheap paper plate. Not impressed.

I got the Croque Madame and it was nothing like I had expected. It was a piece of white bread with a cold piece of American cheese on top and the egg was so tiny and wasn’t on the sandwich. Extremely disappointed.

They merged with Nom Station recently and I love it! I mostly get Nom Station drinks(you have to try the Purple Haze drink, so good) but I'm excited to try more Perks Coffee drinks too. Also the pastries look super good.

I’m not sure if the AC was off or broken but it was super hot inside. The food was made to order which was nice but the portions were super small for the price. The pics online are much nicer than what you get in person. The staff was nice and it was clean but not worth the price. Coffee was ok. Won’t be back.

I was having trouble placing a large order through door dash. Called the shop to see if I could get some assistance. The manager definitely went above and beyond to help out and get us our coffee order. On top of that the coffee is absolutely freaking delicious. 10/10 recommend. Amazing customer service and menu items!

This morning I received Outstanding Service from Mr. Logan & Ms. April. They both are very welcoming when entering the café, and build a connection with their customer while they are waiting for their food or drinks ( including myself) The best service I ever received, Thank you Logan and April. due to the service you have a loyal customer.

The spicy chicken Cubano sandwich was sooooo good! Bless the hands that made it. I really enjoyed this place and will be back.

A really great atmosphere and friendly staff.
However, service was very slow (took 45 minutes to get food for 2 people) even though they weren’t particularly busy. The cold brew was not great either.

The Caramel High Rise was absolutely delicious. I ordered a 2nd one to take into the office with me. I would go here over Starbucks any day.
The breakfast sandwich was yummy too. Definitely a place worth repeating.

Customer service and microwaved muffin were the only good things. The "chai" and "coffee" were either watered down or had no flavor. I've had better coffee and Chai at gas stations. Very disappointed.
