Cool Beans Coffee Roasters

I don't go to coffee shops often, but when I do I don't know what to order. Lucky for me the staff here were nice, patient, and helped me understand what I was ordering. They even helped me with the details of a bit.

The atmosphere was pretty laid-back, pretty good song choices in comparison to some of the other places I've set foot in, and the aesthetic of the establishment was right up my alley.

There were more options for milk alternatives than I was expecting (wasn't aware oatmilk was so popular). The tea options were pretty good too. With my drink coming out pretty darn good I definitely recommend this spot.

Probably the best place to get coffee in the area. Usually pretty busy. Staff are always very friendly, and the indoor and outdoor spaces are nice for just hanging out or getting a bit of work done. They always have art for sale from rotating, independent artists, and also sell coffee beans and appliances/accessories.

Love this place! I've been going here since I was a kid and we would go in and get some snacks. Almost 20 years later and I still love it! I normally just drink black coffee but I always get a fancy coffee when I go here because they are so good. I also enjoy shopping local so my money goes back into my community. They sell some really cool local art as well and have some seating outback fro nice days.

Cool Beans! This is a great place to just hang out and study. The people working here have such good attitudes and it's fun to joke around with them. I believe Victoria takes most of my orders when I come here and she is very attentive and fun to small talk with. Also the roast their own beans that actually taste good!! The tea is very good as well. Overall a great place to hangout.

I have only had a few drinks off the menu and they were great. My review is primarily in regards to their in house roasted coffee by the pound. These folks love coffee and are passionate about quality. They handpick their own beans from around the world and roast them on site. This coffee is high quality and delicious. Stop in for a latte and leave with a pound of house-roasted, custom-ground coffee for your house. Awesome!

This has been my favorite coffee shop for years. I love supporting local coffee shops in the metro Atlanta area.

I went to Cool Beans this weekend and there was an employee screaming at customers to wait outside. She got increasingly angry as more customers came in who didn't know to wait outside. This employee began full on screaming at them to wait outside. I confronted her to put up a sign instead of screaming at the top of her lungs. The employee said in a very patronizing tone, "we don't have a sign sweetheart." I told them to put a piece of paper up and she said they were fine.

If Cool Beans wants to scream at their customers and be patronizing that's not my problem. But I'm not going to spend my weekend hearing someone screaming. I already work a very stressful job and that's not how I want to spend my free time.

insanely good coffee every time (coming from someone picky about coffee) and the people who work here are so kind it always feels like home, great atmosphere. lots of seating, though it fills up fast because its the best coffee shop in town... so grateful for this place and their staff thank you 🙏
