Cool Beans Coffee Roasters

Coffee here is fantastic! They roast all their beans on site. Very cool. Atmosphere is great as well. Love the mismatch furniture. Service was so friendly and helpful. Patio out back. I'm sold on this place. A definite A+ in my book.

Good coffee and good cold brew. Plenty of milk options and tons of flavors including lavender. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and the service has always been kind and appropriate. Love the outdoor seating in the back.

Quaint little coffee bistro. Good selection of coffees, and a nice ambiance. Pastries are available as well. We like this place so much that we order our coffee beans from here, and we live in Virginia.

I have never had a bad experience here! I drive 15 miles one way to come here simply because I love the coffee and the atmosphere. Their staff is always friendly. I always ask for a latte with art and they have always provided what I've asked for. I've never had to wait long, even when the place is packed. Seating is sometimes hard to come by and so is parking but everything else makes up for it. It is the perfect, cozy coffee shop!

Neat little place! So good that we visited 2 days in a row. Got a specialty drink called the T-Man both times. It was delicious. Great customer service!! Cool atmosphere with a variety of people-some were reading, some were on computer, and even some playing dominos. There’s seating outside as well. There is a huge coffee roaster where they roast their own beans. Tried macrons for the first time ever, and they were good. We will definitely be back!

I go here a couple times a month. They have a lot of great offerings, but every once in a while I'll sadly be disappointed. Last time I grabbed a latte, and honestly it was pretty bland. And the cookies by the counter are absolute trash, avoid at all costs. They're hard as a rock and don't taste particularly good.

But they hit it off pretty well with the majority of their other menu items imo. Their special named beverages near the middle of the menu are all pretty tasty, and don't suffer from that lack of edge like their latte.

Price-wise, it's about on par with Starbucks. The atmosphere is neat, but it can get pretty crowded. There's a nice outdoor area with tables that is pleasant to drink at on a nice day. Though, it is right next to the train tracks.

I'd recommend giving it a shot at least.

I have always loved cool beans coffee. I’ve never had any complaints and the employees are always so nice and welcoming. I will say my experience today was a little weird though. The woman who checked me out today, she has blonde hair/dreads, was quite stand-offish. It seemed like she was a lot friendlier and welcoming to other customers there, I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a POC but I would hope that wasn’t the case. Hoping for a better experience in the future.
