I've been here twice now and the atmosphere is casual and inviting. There is a variety of seating available and the staff is helpful and friendly! The coffee is good and the muffins are dense (which I like) and yummy.
They're a little pricey but that's expected for a local coffee shop.

Hands down the best coffee I've had at any of the local coffee shops while traveling through Macon. If I lived here..Z Beans would definitely be my go to. I will be back.

Personally I’m not a big fan of coffee; however, I love ZBeans in Macon. The staff is always friendly. The fact that their coffee comes exclusively from farmers in Ecuador is awesome to me, as is the back story of how they got started in the business. Small town Georgia coffee shop is going to be big business one day. And who knows? There may be ZBeans shops all over the USA, including the Big Apple, San Francisco and other cities mentioned in an earlier review.
Y’all hurry back now ya hear??!!

Not my favorite experience. We ordered two drip coffees, two bagels with cream cheese, and a breakfast sandwich. The food came out before the drinks and one of the bagels had to be sent back to be reheated because it was still cold in the middle. After coming back, it still wasn't toasted. The breakfast sandwich was inconsistent as well with the croissant and cheese hot, but the meat cool. The coffee was good, but the service was slow since there were only two staff members on-site. It seems like the staff weren't trained properly and have no other supervision on shift. Seems to be a management issue with training and staffing.

Went here for a Mug painting class... Will frequent this location based on events. Only boos are the hours are short so it's hard to get there when we'd like... Coffee and other Macon specials are good, but service is slow as there are only 2 baristas working the multitude of orders. It's a great place to rest after walking around the town for a pause. But the art classes are where it is at if you have a group of friends or want to get your family out of the house on a whim.

This was a really nice place to meet up with old friends I hadn't seen in a while. We were a bit loud because it was the birthday of one of our friends and I'm sure we freaked out the sweet little barista. My iced machiatto was perfect and cooled me down on that hot day. My friends were a bit challenging over their hot coffee orders (who drinks hot coffee on a 95 degree day!?) So, I slid her a $20 tip on the way out the door and told her she did great!

Came with my husband and we both ordered drinks with espresso (a shot in the dark and a basic double shot of espresso with a splash of milk). The barista poured a pre-made coffee out of a refrigerated container into my “double espresso” drink, and didn’t pull any espresso shots. Both of our drinks tasted like water. :(
The barista was SO kind and was doing her best, just unfortunate to see a coffee place not educating their staff on what espresso is. We wasted 30 minutes here and had to go grab coffee from somewhere else after anyways.

Kass and Presteen are truly the reasons I’m alive at work everyday. Exceptional service, great personalities, and they obviously care a ton about the customer experience! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Went today for the first time for breakfast. Bad experience. No OJ, No croissants. No Bacon and egg biscuits. Worst of all no apple fritters. Don’t think I’m going back again.
