Cathedral Coffee

Best coffee and breakfast, very quite environmental, perfect for meeting, study or work. Nicely built place, great customer service..... way better than Starbucks, dunkin and Panera bread.....

I have been to this coffee shop three times and loved it each time. It is part of Northway Baptist church building but does not feel like a restaurant in a Church much at all. The service is extremely friendly and every thing I have ordered (I am not a coffee expert) has been great. It’s also an excellent quiet place to meet another person or a small group of people. I would recommend this place to anyone.👍🏼

I visit Cathedral for food, drinks, and for the atmosphere. Cathedral is beautiful on the inside (it looks like a Cathedral), it is cozy, and most of the time it's quiet and calm. To me it feels like an escape from the busyness of Macon, which is so nice for when I want to have some quiet study time outside of my house.
Since I'm not constantly at Cathedral, I am not sure if this their only busy time, but sometimes during the week when school gets out, multiple children will come to be tutored there and it can be a little more noisy (which is magnified by the tall ceiling), but the tutoring doesn't last too long and if it does get too noisy for me, I can always put my earbuds in.
Cathedral also has a drive-thru window which is cool, and I will use it if I'm on the way to work or to the grocery store and in need of caffeine or a snack.
As far as coffee goes, I tried an iced mocha latte the other day, and that may be my favorite coffee item from them so far (I haven't tried a lot of their coffee because I mostly drink tea there). My favorite tea there is a tie between the earl grey tea latte (hot), or the chai latte (either hot or cold). But they also have good regular hot teas.
Their food is actually really good- I personally prefer their breakfast sandwiches and plain bagels. As far as treats go, their chocolatey marshmallow cookies are soft and delicious, and all of their scones are amazing (I prefer the scones warmed).
I am so glad we have this nice local coffee shop in this area of town!

Coffee is good. Love the Americano. Easily best cookies around especially chocolate chip and apple crisp. I don’t need those cookies, but they are addictive.

Pretty coffee shop. Not far from the highway. Even has a fireplace.

Wow!! What a delightful surprise! The roasted red pepper and gouda soup was divine. The chicken salad sandwich on sourdough bread was heavenly and the environment was welcoming and comfortable. I will definitely be back. Sooo yummy!!

Cathedral Coffee is AMAZING! The atmosphere is incredible, It really does feel like an 14th centry castle cathedral; hand crafted furniture, stacked stone walls, fireplace.. And the coffee and desserts are delicious! They offer David’s GF desserts, also nut free. I’ve been GF for 10 years and these desserts are the top tier for taste & softness! Highly recommend this place! AAA+++

I dropped by for lunch one day and had the Club Sandwich on Sourdough Bread- so delicious! The staff member that helped me was extremely kind, and the product was wonderful! I will definitely be back!
