John’s Creek / Peachtree Corners needs coffee shops so badly. I really wanted to love this new place, but it’s pricey and slow. Took about 30 min from ordering to get coffee. Had to come back to counter and figure out what happened.
Also at $6 for a cup of coffee you are 2 x more expensive than other local coffee shops.

Friendly service and nice interior decoration :) the only downside is sometimes it smells like bathroom/Clorox inside the cafe? Also for the chocolate snow, sometimes the barista forgets to put chocolate syrup so make sure to remind them when you order

Decent, not great. Expected better - for the price. Coffee was not bad (I only tried the Dutch coffee), nor was the service. But neither seemed to justify the higher price and lower volume (both the Dutch coffee and house coffee were only 10oz). Left the place without a strong feeling I was going back any time soon, or ever.
Location is good however and the place is clean.

Walked in and said hello with no response. Asked the guy up front were there any Black people working there because obviously he had a problem speaking to me. He told me they didn’t need to hire Black people and was confused on the question. *sigh Spending my wonderful coins in Black-owned businesses.

This is my first time here and I LOVE this place. All together my girlfriend and I got the einspanner, the matcha-spanner, egg/bacon sandwich & the pesto wrap. Everything was delicious. This place breaks the mold of your typical coffee shop by specializing in brewing its coffee Dutch-style, which yields a potent yet delicious coffee flavor that’s crafted into a hodgepodge of creative drinks. Looking forward to trying more things!

This coffee shop has been one of my favorites for the past year, but the last few times I've gone there seemed to be something wrong with the heater. I had to leave earlier than what I planned because I felt the shop was colder than outside.. so if u plan to study/work there just bundle up ALOT

I ordered the lavender latte and it was amazing! The ambience here is unbeatable and it is such a good study spot. Definitely one of my new favorite coffee shops.

Absolutely fantastic coffee shop. The Dutch coffee is delicious and the aesthetics of the shop are gorgeous. 10000/10. It truly feels magical in there.

What an amazing place! Love the decor!! Dalgona coffee was great. Molten lava cake tasted good, but was missing lava! Still 5 stars all the way. Coming back here for sure!

Terrible customer service! I had a very rude encounter with one of the staffers. I understand it's a mom and pop shop and they hire teenagers. However that is no excuse to be rude or yell at the customer. Especially if he is simply asking questions about the menu.
I have never given a negative review but my interaction with this young woman who is clearly socially immature was so jarring that it warranted. To the person I interacted with if you can't be calm while answering a customer's questions then you shouldn't probably work there. Nor will that attitude get you far in life.
I'll spare the details but I simply had a question about the Dutch coffee. The establishment had very loud music and when I asked for clarification or her to repeat herself she just lost it. It's not my fault they decided to play awful pop music at a loud decibel. To add insult to injury she got my order wrong. I've been going to the Alchemist for over a year. I prefer to support local businesses as I'm a homeowner in Johns Creek but with my recent interaction this will be my last time there.
