First time there and kinda amazing place. Super friendly staff, great sitting and cozy lounge place. Will definitely stop there more often. Highly recommended and easy access from 515.

After visiting this coffee shop almost weekly for the last few months I still love it as my first visit! Staff and owners always friendly, coffee always good and the atmosphere relaxing! Their hot coffees are freshly made and perfect as well! A gem for Pickens county!

Delightful and friendly staff. Cute and cozy atmosphere that is well kept and completed with a very clean restroom.
When I try a new coffee shop I always order my regular (cold brew with heavy cream). My logic being if they can't do my favorite right, then why am I here? Jax got it right. The flavor was bold without being over powering and they had heavy whipping cream, (a lot of smaller coffee shops don't stock it.)
When I try a new coffee shop, I think it only fair to try the food. Bagels and cream cheese are always a safe bet. Jax once again did not disappoint. Their bagels were flavorful and not doughy, (you know what I mean). The cream cheese was good and they give it to you in a little cup so you can put as much or as little as you want on them.
All in all, I have now been back multiple times and recommended it to friends and coworkers. I've tried various things off their menu and have yet to be disappointed.

Jax is a great locals spot next to Rocco's who want to avoid the long drive thru lines at Dunkin Donuts. The beverages and bites are delicious. The best part about Jax is the people. The staff and new owners are some of the most friendly people you'll meet in Jasper and their joy and enthusiasm is contagious. Through the week and month they host activities for children, storytine, men's Bible groups and bingo! They offer far more options for your drinks than you'll find at Starbucks and with 1/10 of the dread. I recommend coming in and making it your new coffee house in Jasper.

I got a frozen blended coffee, and the barista was super nice and helpful. Good selection of treats, plenty of seats, and comfortable atmosphere. I'll definitely return when I'm in the area again.

Love this coffee shop! Literally the best coffee shop in Jasper. [Yes, I’ve tried them all - I am a coffee addict after all :) ] In fact, the only place I’ve found a better latte is in Guatemala, and let’s face it - those beans were fresh off the plant, so it isn’t a fair comparison!
Love that they carry milk alternatives as the only time I get along with a cow is when it’s on my plate next to a sweet potato.
The owner works the shop herself and does a wonderful job. Every employee they have is hard working, friendly and customer service oriented. Found this shop back when they were still downtown and have yet to experience a bad coffee or poor service. Doesn’t matter if it’s 7am or 6:50pm, the service and quality remain the same.
Watch out for the double chocolate chip muffins though - they are insanely delicious - you’ve been warned!!
I also get my fresh beans for my home coffee setup from Jax. They’ll even pregrind them for you if you want them too.
Their new cafe is supper cute, with comfy seating, wifi, books and I think I even saw a game or two.
As for those few reviewers who say the prices are too high, I’m frequently in coffee shops all over this great nation - my opinion is their prices are standard with everyone else.

Our office placed an order this morning for a bunch of coffee drinks, bagel sandwiches and muffins. The order was made on time and correctly! Everything was so delicious that we are hooked now!! 🤣
