We were excited to try Jumping Goat on a recent trip. The shop is a nice, quaint setup on the outskirts of Helen, GA. That’s about the only nice thing I can say. The shopkeeper was indifferent to our presence there, and prices were not well marked. We bought a half pound of bourbon infused coffee, and it is the worst coffee I have drank in years. On top of that, it’s outrageously (once again, not marked on the bag) priced at $18 for a half pound, so you’d expect it to be top notch.

We won’t be returning on future trips, and I’d recommend any other coffee shop if you’re flooring for a well priced bag to take home or a carry out drink.

A great place to grab a coffee and watch the beautiful water fall! Reasonably priced and friendly service!

A bright spot on a gloomy day. Not really fancy lattes or anything, just delicious roasted coffees. I bought a pound of creamy chocolate coffee and I really enjoyed my morning cup today. Employees were very gracious, pleasant and helpful.

After being a regular here for over 2 years I have to update this as a bad review today. . I ordered three coffees today and asked for a cup of water with it for my kids who are 3 and 4 and was told they have water for sale only and had to buy a bottle but they could not provide a cup of water.. I wish I hadn't tipped these people 25-30% like I did before.. The owners definitely do their best to improve this place every year but the people that serve here have attitudes and aren't very friendly.. There's also no kids playground so I felt like my kids were quite a burden to these people often.. Yet they have a huge dog enclosure.. So pets are welcome, but kids not so much.

Saw it driving home from visiting Helen and needing a good cup of coffee was just what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised once inside to see the delicious variety of other coffees they offered . Needless to say, we left with several bags of coffee and coffee bean snacks. Sitting outside under the covered area listening to the creek flow below and the fall feel topped off our experience to visiting Helen.

Probably the best coffee I have ever had. The hound man who helped us did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Waaaaaaaay overpriced. A friend had suggested I stop because I love good coffee. This wasn’t it. Ordered an iced coffee that was about the size of a sippy cup. It was over $6 and it had zero taste of caramel. Should have saved my $ for a Jack’s iced coffee. Half the price, triple the size AND tastes better. If you want local, take the time to drive to their location in Cleveland. This one was a huge disappointment.

Everything about this place is amazing. Stopped in on a whim because of the name and found a lot of amazing products and some of the best coffee I've ever had. The people, to include what I believe to be the owners, were absolutely warm and outstanding. I had my service dog with me and she was welcomed with open arms. They have a dog park next door too! I love photography and was able to get some awesome pictures of the moutain side. The man singing inside had a wonderful voice and hit all of our favorites. The view is unforgettable. This is exactly the kind of place I with I had back home in Savannah. Thank you so much.

So friendly and so many choices as far as bags of coffee and k cups! I tried pumpkin spice and it tasted like pumpkin pie! The signature blend was delicious too!

One of the BEST hot chocolates I have had in my life, the woman was so nice to talk to. Atmosphere was great. Definitely going again before we leave town!
