I would like to respond to a 1-star review left on 9/20/22. I was at an adjacent table when this exchange between the customer and the employee occurred. First of all, I find it tragic that an employee has to come out and ask you to enjoy your Starbucks coffee somewhere else. Has our society gotten so far removed from courtesy and manners that someone should even be put in this uncomfortable position? You wanted to enjoy the view, the comfortable surrounding, and the peaceful scene, but you don't feel the least bit of shame for not supporting that business with a small purchase? The women that left this review had been at Jumping Goats for almost an hour when they were finally approached by the employee. You didn't own your mistake, instead, I listened to you complain about how victimized you were by the business. What!! Are you even serious? My husband said, "I thought about explaining to them how business works, but, if these young women haven't learned common courtesy and basic manners by now, what's the point". I agree. They were rude and inconsiderate and they were politely corrected by the business. But, they feel completely justified in leaving a 1-star review. Shameful.

Jumping Goats coffee shop is a lovely and peaceful place (most days). The employees are kind and thoughtful, always checking on their patrons. I have been allowed to work for hours, enjoying the view and the fresh air, and they only ask that I buy one drink. If you appreciate small business owners that care and put effort into their business, then this is your place. If you are looking to take without giving and use other people's resources for free, then go to the library.

A friend and I were very excited to visit this coffee shop for the great views. However, the customer service here is lacking. I came in with a few sips of my Starbucks coffee left before I got an iced coffee from them. Within minutes of sitting down, Sheila came out and told me I would be “cut off” from the wifi if I didn’t immediately order a drink. Instead of asking if I was going to get something, she assumed I was bumming off the wifi. It was highly disrespectful and disappointing. I quickly ordered a drink and was met with more disrespect as I tried to explain myself. It was poor management on their part. Not to mention there are NO signs that say no outside food or drink.

Gorgeous mountain views, wonderful coffee, mead, wine, snacks, very friendly staff and top notch live music while we were there. Stopped at their Cleveland location on a whim and we will definitely be back! Loved it!

This place is a staple stop for trips to Helen or any where near. We stop ever chance we . Get a hot cup of the days special or perhaps a nice cup of iced coffee. The service is always perfect. Always nice and go out of you way to make sure you coffee is just right. The store is always organized and clean. Of course smells amazing. Highly recommend stopping if you in the area get a cup of Joe and sit on the deck over looking the river

Best coffee ever! I live in FL and will be ordering from now on!

The staff is friendly, but the parking is terrible. But honestly, I taste no flavor in any of the coffee I bought. Chocolate mint tastes like a bland coffee. Cinnamon pecan brownie also tastes like just regular coffee. Nothing spectacular.
