Excellent. For anyone new, you need to walk to the counter and find the cash register. Someone will be right with you. They have a simple menu but they will fix you anything you like. They have two entrances, one on S McIntosh St and one from the parking lot off Elbert St (Route 17). See the photos.

Great place for breakfast. The food was excellent. The service was great as well.

Pasta salad and brownie were good, chicken salad was dry, service needs training in hospitality. Typical small town snobs. Would have spent more money in shop but ladies are not very nice to outsiders.

It's a cute place, that could be much cuter. The food was meh.. they decided not to make a soup of the day that day, and my grilled cheese tasted like a craft single. No one checked on us, asked if the food was ok, nothing. I came here a little over a year ago looking for a latte, and they looked at me like i had 3 heads and the coffee i subsequently received was awful and the lady treated me like i shouldn't have even asked. I won't be going back.

I LOVE going to McIntosh Coffee for breakfast! I also enjoy lunch, but their breakfast is my jam! You place your order at the register, then pour up your own drinks and choose your own table. The ladies that work there will bring your food out to you. I highly recommend getting a cup of their house coffee! It is the best in town! If you go at lunch time, try the pasta salad or the grape salad. Very yummy with generous portions. Tip: Don't go here if you are in a hurry to be somewhere else. It is a popular grub spot and usually busy. There is usually at least a 15-20 min wait in the mornings and 20-30 min wait at lunch. (They are not normally open for dinner or on Sundays.) There is also a shop attached to the restaurant - Kreations by Kathy. Lots of cute boutique finds from southern companies: clothes, jewelry, home decor, gifts, snacks. Both McIntosh & Kathy's are highly recommended if you're spending a leisurely morning on the Elberton square! There is street parking (2 hr limit) in front of the restaurant and a parking lot for the rear entrance.

I liked their food. Food is fresh, tasty and the quantity is good. In Elberton this is a must try food.

It was our first time here, nice place. Polite staff. The wife loved the scones and raspberry coffee.

We arrived after 10 but they graciously offered to make us breakfast and we had a delicious ham and cheese omelette. ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‘

This place is a jewel! My wife and I wanted to visit this place but schedules never allowed it. We finally had a break, went in for lunch, ordered, received our food, and everything went well. The service is a little wonky - they bring the food but you get your own beverages and utensils. However, the food was very good for the price and the staff were extremely pleasant. In fact, they were so nice we went back for desserts after eating because we just wanted to hang around! My wife and I left, went shopping, and I couldn't find my glasses. I am blind for reading without my glasses. In a panic, I started retracing my steps. I got to McIntosh and they were closed! I frantically knocked on the door because I could see they were cleaning up. Two people came to the door, listened to my bantering, and really helped me look around. They were actually compassionate about helping this embarrassed old guy. My glasses weren't there (I found them where my wife had her hair done) but I will never forget that the food was great, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were very kind. This place is a definite Go-To in Elberton.

Love the food. My favorite is the trio plate with chicken salad, pasta salad and fruit salad. I could eat a full plate of just the fruit salad. I also love the grape salad and sandwiches. I live shopping next door at Kathyโ€™s while I wait on my order.
