The Coffee By Hand

I've been going here for a while now. I usually just get espresso shots. The shots are usually not bad. Sometimes really good. The environment is enjoyable. There is some noise, but some rooms you can go into. The smells are good not overwhelming. Next to some other really good restaurants and such. Great for working. Face diapers not necessary.

Really nice place for coffee and conversation and desserts. Also a great workspace for those who work remotely. There's even a space for gropu meeting.

Great atmosphere, and very cozy place. Coffee and shaved ice were fantastic.

Beautiful location, clean and stay were really nice. I ordered the 6pc mini fish with red bean and boba honey dew drink. Both were amazing; the mini fish were fresh and hot when they arrived

Cute place!! Good food. Great for meetings. Went with my sister. Really enjoy the place. Great service! The fish shaped fritter with Nutella wow amazing!!

Great little find, cakes here are so awesome, good bobo tea, great coffee, very cozy spot, wifi and just chill.

I ordered a waffle, and the cashier mixed up my order with the person after me. They got the waffles first, when they didn’t actually order the waffle. When I asked the cashier if my waffle was being prepared, they came out and took the waffle from the person who got my order; and the cashier gave that to me! I asked for the new waffle as it was already served to the other people, but what the cashier did was she took it to the back and brought out the same one. It was clearly the same waffle, but she insisted it was a new one. I asked again for the new one, then another cashier came with the same one and claimed that it was the new one. I said it was the same one, and the owner came with the same waffle and claimed that it was new. I then gave up and went out as the owner would not even give me a refund.

Please stay away from this cafe, who do not show any concern for public health or cross-contamination. The attitude which the staff and the owner showed was sickening.

I walked into Coffee by Hand and was immediately impressed by the feel of the place. It has personality, the lady behind the counter was very nice and didn't mind answering questions. It has a couple of small rooms off to the side for groups who want a little privacy by still be involved in the coffee shop vibe. I will definitely be going back!

Food was good, but the price tag was incredibly steep ($11) and worth probably only about half of that. Also ordered a smoothie, but it had large chunks of ice in it and was only "drinkable" with a spoon. Total was almost $20, not worth it for only a smoothie and some food.
