I waited 30 minutes for 3 hamburgers and a fry and when I finally got it everything was cold. This was a Sunday afternoon between 1:30 and 2:00. Not exactly a busy time. I could understand if they were actually cooking the items but obviously mine was just sitting back there somewhere in the bag getting cold.

never have I been to a fast food hamburger joint that has 2 hours till posted closing time and they welcome me and when I start my 3rd order they tell me they only have 10 Krystals to sell unless I wanted to wait 30 minutes this is a friday night how can they be out of food when im the only car in the line? I expected more from a place that's been in the industry as long as they have

To me this was a typical Krystals. What you would expect I'm a fast food restaurant chain such as this one. I have no complaints about anything the food is what I expected. And I had the nit pick, I would say something about the team member talking to another team member about another team member not doing their work in front of me in another customer.

I got 3 original cheese Krystal's. Out of the special shrimp advertised but my cheese Krystal's were good 👍

Poor customer service. Nasty food. Do not recommend. Go anywhere else

Not sure if the cashier was new or way, but she didn't know how to ring up my order. So she asked someone, they didn't know either. So I wasn't even able to get what I went there for. Then, what I did order came out WRONG! This is all after no one even being on the front counter when I walked in, several people waiting for their food that had already ordered & THEN when the girl finally came to the counter, she had a conversation with her friends before even acknowledging me to take my order :(
Won't be going back

Enjoyed meal. Some Krystals were old because not visited while busy. Corn dogs have been overly cooked or too crunchy at tips lately, usually better than that.

Love the little burgers

Family didn't feel good after (could have been a coincidence) but LOVED the chicken sliders (the original sliders remind me of the horrible school burgers) and enjoyed the prices.

Had not been to a Krystal in 2 decades due to location. On vacation, was on the bucket list. Did not disappoint. Workers didn't have to be so nice, but they were. I will stop here again if I am in the area.
