Horrible service, my sunrises were cold I had to heat them up at home. Ordered sausage scrambler bowl got bacon. Order total $5.63 paid 10.63 get my receipt I said I paid with a $10 she said did you because she put in I paid $6.00 tried to keep my $5 so she says whatever and hands me the five next to the register. Just horrible customer service. Check your bag before you leave to make sure your items are warm or hot and your order is correct. Having little kids I did not want to load them all up for another trip when no one would answer the phone. Management should do better. If I could leave no stars I would. My receipt number was ALB01 says Tyona Roberson was on the register. Just go somewhere else

Sat at the order menu for 10 minutes before I even got a response, had to back up and pull up just to get someone to take my order . After waiting in line for over 15 mins , we get up to the window and they tell me to pull up to a parking spot and wait another 10 for them to bring our food out . We ended up waiting longer then 10 . Was maybe 15 to 20 minutes, along with other people waiting for their food in the parking spots beside me . Had to end up going into the restaurant with receipt just to get our food . No telling how long I would of waited . Food was also cold and stale . Do not recommend.

Asked for 24 cheeseburger? She said we don't have 24, but you can get 12 instead. We said why not 24, and she said we just cleaned the grill. We said it 10pm and you close at 11pm. They said you still can only get 12. I couldn't understand why we couldn't get (2) 12 set. Stupid, but it's too late to argue.

Normally my favorite fast food restaurant however tonight (Halloween night) at 730 pm I pull in 2 other cars in line and get told it'll be a 30 minute wait because they have to clean the grill.

Manager in AM shift was horrific. Messed up order. Had to Go to window to get it fixed. Then they still messed up my order overcharge me got around did not have my hashbrowns. Went back in then they told me I had to pay for hashbrowns even though I had already paid for hashbrowns and giving me attitude about it. Took an additional 10 minutes just to get the hashbrowns

The young lady working the window could not get our order straight then finally when we pull up our drinks were wrong. No biggie but she then gave us our food(part of it) and we drove off. Upon discovering our missing combo order we had to then go back thru the drive thru line to tell them. No apologies were given but to pull around and they would bring them out to us. We waited for over 5 min and then decided it may be best if didn't eat anything they brought us. I highly recommend eating anywhere besides here!!!

The staff was friendly and it didnt take long to get my order. After eating a few Krystal burgers my youngest daughter found hair in her food. Then my oldest daughter found hair in her food. We threw away the food and left. The employee did offer to inform her manager but I didnt have time to wait.

We took the drive thru, ordered three meals. Our order was accurate ( special order on one meal) and the food was good. It's too bad fries don't stay hot forever.
