Great place to have some great BBQ and excellent sides. Big servings as well for the price. We enjoyed very much.

It was pretty good good actually. Rude girl who took our order and was going to charge us almost 3 dollars for a cup of water but we go there enough I know they don't charge but like 59 cent for water if at all.

-Original review: Sherry, who I spoke to when placing my pick-up breakfast order, was extremely rude!!! If she has anything to do with management, this location will be a vacant building again, soon!

Usually I do not write reviews or complain, but the customer service I just received was ridiculous! I went through the drive window and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a drink for my daughter. The lady who took my order told me they were serving lunch so I had to change my order to a lunch item as the teller requested. Mind you no drink comes with anything so I’m not sure why she failed to ring up the drink I requested. So I get to the window and advise she left off the drink I requested willing to pay for my drink she failed to list on my order. I was advised to drive back around and order again for her mistake. Being that I didn’t have time wait, I left. I reached out to the manager and she advised she was aware of what happened and basically she cares more about meeting her drive time goal than insuring her customers get correct orders! Basically she was saying it was my fault her teller didn’t add my drink. And she has a drive time to meet! Wow I work in customer service and this was extremely poor customer service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY SLOW!! I repeated my order at least 8 times at the intercom. At the window I repeated myself/order an additional 3 times and after waiting 30 minutes, I still didn’t get the correct sauce for my wings. When I spoke with the manager on duty she was very uninterested in what I had to say and just stated “thank you for letting me know “. I will never eat here again if it’s the last place open!

Was not worth the money. Our ribs were cold, pulled pork dry, chicken no real seasoning on it I felt had to add hot sauce for flavor. Mac n cheese cold never been to a BBQ place that didn't have brisket or sausage.

Best BREAKFAST IN DOUGLAS ! THE BBQ is even better !!

I got the family deal and there was more then enough food to feed 3 people had leftovers that i reheated and was just as good as the day i bought it went back with my daughter my sis and brother-in-law and had the boom boom shrimp it was fantastic really had a great experience love this place i recommend it
