Hog N Bones #3

Consistently terrible service. For the past several times we have gone here for breakfast, they have taken over 30 minutes to give us our breakfast order. It's not a complicated order--2 sausage and egg biscuits and 2 coffees at around 6:45 AM. But, each time we go, we end up waiting AT LEAST 30 minutes for this order. The first time it happened, they apologized and offered us a free cinnamon roll. We figured it was just an off day--everyone has them, right? The second time it happened, they apologized but did not offer to compensate in any way. The third time it happened they didn't even apologize. The best part is that when we finally did get our food each time, the biscuits were mashed and soggy and the sandwich tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Thank heavens Chick-Fil-A is open now, though, really, any of Douglas's fast food breakfast spots is better than this. We won't be back to the Douglas Hog N Bones. I suggest you avoid them, too.

Went in for breakfast.Placed order at 921. At 1000 still no food. The table next to us got their food AND an apology for the wait 15 minutes after they sat down. We went and got a refund. As we were leaving they told us our food was ready. No telling how long it had sat getting cold. Said no thanks and went somewhere else. Been through the drive through and always seem to get order wrong. They won't take drive through orders on some items. If you want a omelet you'll have to go inside and wait forever. Also,check your order before you leave the counter or window. They have a habit of leaving items out (or getting stuff wrong).

A couple months ago I'd tell you this place is bomb, but the last few times I've went it's been something, either they forget something or just dont give you any sauce for what you ordered. How an I suppose to eat a dry a×× pulled pork sandwich without sauce, all I can say is slow down when bagging orders!! ✳✳Its quality not quantity ✳✳

We've been a few times and the food has been consistently tasty (and with a large family we've sampled much of their menu). The portions have been consistently sizeable. The service has been consistently friendly and the restaurant has been consistently clean.

As someone with a large family I wish it might be cheaper, but it is definitely reasonably priced for the portion sizes and the quality.

Great BBQ, reminds me of Sonny's! Their honey bbq sauce is amazing as well as the baked beans! I will definitely be coming back and I would suggest anyone who enjoys BBQ do the same cause you will not regret it.

If you enjoy dealing with rude people then this is the place for you! I swear every time I’ve went through the drive thru there’d be some stank face lady with the worst people skills I’ve ever met. Leave that attitude at the house sweetheart, your day won’t get any better with it.

I appreciate these people. They went above and beyond for us. It was nearing end of breakfast serving time. When we went in and asked for breakfast, they told us they were no longer serving breakfast and had started lunch. Ok but we wanted breakfast. We were ok with this and completely understood so we left. Before we could even make it to our car, one of these workers ran out to bring us back in and told us they would serve us breakfast! Who does that? No one I know! We were so appreciative that they wanted our business enough that they would accommodate our wants! We got our breakfast and it was superb! Thank you to these most gracious people. I definitely recommend them and will be back again. Thanks again!

I ordered the BBQ sandwich plate got a side of fries with a sweet tea.

The amount of BBQ was a bit sad considering it was almost 8 bucks. The fries were mediocre amd taste like homecooked house fries
Overall i give it 3 out of 5

Best service in town. I like getting their pulled pork and sweet potato.
