Great atmosphere for doing work or a coffee date. Also great food! Such a gem.

Cool asthetic making use of the old bank vaults. Coffee was great and served at just the right temperature to be hot but also drinkable.

My favorite coffee shop in Columbus! My husbands too! We love getting coffees and pastries and especially the create-your-own breakfast sandwiches. They also offer lunch items and ice cream now. As well as beer!

Easily one of the worst local coffee shops. The seating arrangement is uncomfortable and definitely not a place to have an quite cup of coffee. I can't speak for every menu item but every part of the salad I had was fresh which is for sure a plus, however, I would say to read the ingredients carefully before ordering.
The coffee wasn't particularly worth the price in my opinion. The flavoring doesn't really come out and the brew is a medium to light roast at best. Keep in mind that I didn't try every option on the menu so venture an outing to try for yourself.

Need better customer service attention. Won't be going back unless they hire better attentive cashiers. Went in a few times over the months and no one wanted to help me get what I'd like to purchase until both of the cashiers were done talking to each other than on a subject pertaining to the Cafe'.
Other than that it is a nice place to be if there was more seatings.

Popular coffee shop in an old bank building. The smell of coffee is amazing here! Lots of coffee/tea options, pastries, salads and healthy snacks. We have tried a banana flavored coffee for the first time and it was surprisingly good!

Such an awesome place to hang out, surf the web, people watch! Coffee is great and so is the food!

I cannot say enough good things about this place, the people, the food, atmosphere, and the COFFEE! Five stars simply isn't enough! Everything from the coffee, salads, deserts, and Heather are amazing!! Salads are freshly made with fresh produce and they are not stingy with their toppings! The banana chocolate chip scones are out of this world!-made with greek yogurt and so delish! If you haven't been to Iron Bank, you are seriously missing out! I have never been to a coffee shop like this one and if you do not like coffee, don't worry. They have everything from teas, beer, and wine! Heather is an ANGEL. She goes out of her way to help please customers! Best advice I can give is-JUST GO!

Love the coffee there. They have pretty detailed menus. The latte drinks have really interesting names as well. The service has been fast, even when its busy. The drinks I've ordered have never been incorrect and they taste so good. The atmosphere is good too mostly. It's in an old bank. You can sit inside the old bank vaults. It's very eclectic looking inside. Sometimes you can feel a little out of place by workers and customers alike but I am not there for that. I am there for the coffee.
I never hang out when I feel like that. It can be looks that you are given, really short answers to questions. The type of way that they think you aren't worth their time, not because it's busy. I was raised with manners and if there is a line and house full, my question can wait.
For now it's the best coffee I have tasted in Columbus, GA.
The other side to this is that I've also had great customer service and no issues with customers.
It's really 50/50. It's not been just one.

I just wish it weren't so socially awkward sometimes.
