Drip-Thru Coffee®

I have frequented Drip-Thru Coffee on many occasions since 2019. I have to mention how disappointed I am with my latest visit when I attempted to use my earned reward points to purchase a Pistachio Latte. My order totaled $5.37 and once the points were credited, the balance was $.37 cent. I presented my bank card. I was promptly told to pay cash for the balance by the mature lady attendant. Caught off guard, I immediately searched my purse and every compartment in my vehicle to try to find the $.37 cent. While I was searching, the latte was being prepared. I was able to find $.12 in my vehicle and told the attendant that I was short the balance. I gave her the $.12 cent. She then promptly suggested that I did not use my points for the purchase and pay full price for the coffee as it would assure they keep their prices low for their other customers. I then told her that I would go home and get the balance of the coin change which was $.23 cents and bring it back to her. I also mentioned that most likely I would not be frequenting their location in the future. The attendant all of a sudden insisted that it was Okay not to pay the balance and handed me the latte. At this point it became a matter of principle for me, as I did have payment to present to them via my bank card; however, had I visited any other coffee shop, I’m sure payment of the balance would not have been a problem. I then left the Drip-Thru Coffee location, went home to my residence, and gathered the remaining balance of $.23 cents and took it back to the attendant at Drip-Thru Coffee and paid the balance. Unfortunately, the latte had to returned to to be remade as it was entirely too sweet, which I inquired and made specific requests before it was prepared. The suggestion was made to add another shot of expresso to cut the sweetness, which was just plain ridiculous. I’m very disappointed!

Small town. Small business. HUGE hearts. A coffee shop that believes in making sure you leave with a smile? Seriously? Yep. I am a huge fan for so many reasons. Customer service first. Coffee a close second (it's amazing). I am so proud to call this place my go to.

Went there today. Got a hot coffee with milk, sugar, peppermint and white chocolate. It was so good! The barista’s was very fast and friendly.

Great coffee, friendly staff, and convenient quick service. The quad shot medium latte gets my day started right. I come to the College Park area for work training every once in a while and was delighted to find this place on my last visit. I no longer have to suffer from the hotel or gas station coffee when I'm in town. Drip-Thru will definitely be my coffee spot from here on out!

First time visit to the Drip Thru Coffee. I throughly enjoyed not only the Latte but the customer service was amazing!!!!
