Thanks so much to the team working today!! We had a bit of a fussy gal and she had eaten all of her snacks and needed something else to keep her calm while we visited with some friends. They went out of the way and found something for her in the back and we were so appreciative! Thank you!!

Good coffee and great service. They also have a nice view.

Good coffee, but place needs some time to find its feel. The theme is a definite win and the coffee itself was very tasty, though a bit pricey. Not so much a coffee house as a roadside stop; there is some seating on the side, outside, and its a very cozy deck. However, what lost that 3rd star were three things:
1) Lack of choices on tap. I was told they were only serving three choices.
2) The warehouse aspect of the store's inside. Instead of having seating outside and inside (and keeping the overstock coffee as a storage location), the entirety of the inside of the store is coffee bins. Not exactly what one would expect.
3) The service was pretty nominal (perhaps equivalent to that 20% of the time Starbucks visit where you really feel like you're unwelcome). I asked what black coffee was available on tap and was told something close to "you're everyday medium roast coffee." Not a great way to bag a sale. So, out of respect for allowing me to come onto the property, I bought something "just because."
Lastly, the place has a good foundation, but needs to keep more careful watch on how it wants to be perceived, especially by very serious beverage fans who expect exceptional as the norm.
Was here Tues. July 26th, in the evening.

Great coffee and meade, good service. My only complaint was the meade made it all the way unopened to my house in Florida when the provided bag failed and the bottle broke all over the driveway ðŸ˜

Good coffee and cookies (when they're in stock). Not kid friendly. Owners won't let kids chalk the sidewalk, which is the only quiet, non disruptive option for kiddo. We've been coming fairly regularly all summer and were just told to not let the kiddo do it again. Won't be back if I can't let my kid be occupied quietly while I enjoy a coffee and music. UPDATE-- co owner tried to blame the whole thing on me in a reply to the identical review posted on their fb page. Feel free to read yourself.

I stumbled on the new JumpinGoat location while driving from Helen to Cleveland. It's a nice venue, with a gorgeous view of Mt. Yonah. In addition to good coffees, they also offer mead and wine tastings. Great place to kill some time, especially spring and fall, when you can sit on the terrace and look at the mountain and cattle grazing nearby.
