We stopped for a flight since we’d never tried mead before. Service was great and the mead was exceptionally good! Plus the million-dollar view of Mt Yonah …

Great place. A+ location and views. A+ service. A+ product. And A+ atmosphere. Smells great, looks great, tastes great. Get there.

Amazing setting secluded with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Beautiful interior and decor. Lots of variety in regards to additional purchases without being overwhelming. Excellent quality coffee. The barista was exceptionally accommodating in recommending a beverage and was even willing to customize to my liking. We trusted her instinct and was delightfully surprised with a rose water iced coffee. I definitely will recommend this cafe to all friends and family and anyone who wants a nice change from the over hyped franchises.

What an amazing place! The view is absolutely beautiful with an open field that looks out at Mount Yonah. I came on my way back from a camping trip, and Abby was very kind and welcoming and made me feel at home. The live music was excellent and my stop here was the perfect way to end my weekend in North GA. Highly recommended!

We love jumpingoat coffee however; you can have a million dollar view and great coffee, but a bad manager and terrible customer service will ruin your business! The staff at the Cleveland store will leave a bad taste on your mouth…
Our first stop and taste of jumpingoat coffee was at the Helen store, great coffee and friendly staff! We bought pretty much all flavors and the signature blend is my favorite! We later discovered the location in Cleveland with awesome views, we visited there a couple times as we own a cabin in Sautee and visit Helen few times during the year,; however, it is unfortunate that the manager they hired at the Cleveland store is a scarecrow of customers, unfriendly, with a unpleasant personality.. during our last visit in November, it was 40 degrees out, but we still wanted to drink a nice cup of hot chocolate and enjoy the views, noted we had our dog with us so we could not seat inside as the store is not pet friendly, which we understand and we prefer the outside patio due to the views… (they do allow service dogs); so off we went to the patio with our hot chocolate.. (tables and chairs are metal material which are super cold to seat on) there were about 6 tall patio heaters around the tables outside, and when we turned one of the heaters on for us and a family seated near by with a little girl that was shivering, in just couple minutes the manager came outside and asked my husband to “please shut if off!”, with a very unfriendly demeanor.. his explanation was that “we do not usually turn the heaters on” and when we asked why they had so many if they couldn’t be used? he said “the owner brought it just for an event” and when my husband mentioned the little girl was cold, the manager stated “they can come inside if they are cold”.. so I said how about us with the dog?? anyhow..we were just scratching our heads and thinking why in the world they would invest $$&$ in heaters for customers during an event but let regular clientele be out in the cold? great coffee, beautiful views, but as long as the owners have that manager at that store.. we won’t be visiting it again any time soon.. you can serve the best coffee in the world, but hospitality comes first and your business won’t thrive with unfriendly staff!

Can't wait to go back and enjoy the out setting while enjoying another Latte! Absolutely the best shopping experience I've had this season.
